Enough of the Pink Tutus, Okay?

 Hi Bart!
I read your website every day and I agree with most of your stands.
I also appreciate the many pointers you give to other sites with interesting points of view.
Nevertheless I have to wonder if you and your many adherents don't sometimes use
the brain at the bottom of your spinal column in preference to the one at the top.

 Hmmm...

Specifically I have to cringe every time I bring up your site because I know it's going
to contain nearly as many attacks on the Democratic party as might be expected, say,
on one maintained by that High Priestess of Hatred, Ann Coulter.

I've never run a picture of a Democrat getting free fries at McDonald's.

I suppose that by daily savaging the Democrats you think you are exercising some sort
of tough love and hoping to point them in the right direction.   But in my opinion you have
thereby long been grabbing the sow by the wrong teat, and you have put yourself in a
position that ought to make the Rove and Card boys very happy with you.

I'm pretty sure Karl Rove has never heard of  bartcop.com
but on the wild chance that he has, I doubt he was very pleased.

It looks to me as if, by contrast, you attack the Republican Party very little, but I guess
I'm supposed to be sophisticated enough to know that actually you ARE doing so, and I'm
supposed to equate the BFEE with the GOP.   But if that's true, I think you ought to stop
being so subtle and come out and give things their right name, and furthermore also name
the ultimate villains in this piece: the Great American Public.

 ha ha
I need to stop being so subtle?

Yes, the public seems to not realize that our fiture has been hijacked by the BFEE.
The GOP will do anything Bush tells them as long as they're in the majority.
(Unlike the Democrats, who stuck the knife in Clinton's back when we had
the White House, the Senate and the House - that's why we lost them.
Seems like Clinton was the last guy the Demos had the courage to attack)

More than Bush kin, it's the many adherents of the Republican Party who hold all those high
positions in government and elsewhere and who are busy despoiling the country and the world.
Furthermore it is a large number of ignorant and mean-spirited American voters who keep voting
the candidates of that party into office.   So they're the ones that deserve your constant censure,
 not the Democratic Party.

The people are ignorant, but the Demos know exactly what's happening and they can't
be bothered to do anything - even tho they're getting paid to act like Democrats. It wasn't the
citizens of America who confirmed that insane bastard John Ashcroft, and it wasn't the citizens
who confirmed Gale Norton and Paula Jone's lawyer Ted Olson to high positions.
And it damn sure wasn't the citizens who voted for Bush's rape of the Bill of Rights.

The elected Democrats are paid soldiers in this battle, and they've gone AWOL.

Please point to any force in the U.S. today other than the Democrats that has a ghost of
a chance to slow up and even halt the fascist onslaught of the Republicans, as they hustle along
the far too large, uncaring, smugly comfortable element of the American public that is all set at
this moment to condone the murder of untold thousands of Iraqi people and the wreckage of
their structures, purely so as to steal the oil under their land and the water on top of it.

Yes, that's why I'm trying to slap them from their peaceful sleep.
Somebody should file charges against the Democrats for taking money under false pretenses.
They are defrauding Democrats in all fifty states.

You can't point to the Bartcops, or to the Green Party, or the Libertarians.
You can't even put your hopes in  "patriotic Republicans," as you have done at least once in the past,
because there's no such thing.   To be Republican is automatically a denial of the best American ideals.

We might be in so much trouble that Republicans are our last chance. Most are following Bush,
but he has enemies in the party. So far, Klayman, Jeffords, Dan Burton and Bob Barr have all
admonished Smirk to stop being so arrogant - have any Democrats done that?

Instead the only people I see who have any prospect of pulling things in better directions are Democrats.
Who knows?  Maybe the Democrats are just letting the Bushites crawl even farther out on the limb
before the sawteeth of events bring things to the breaking point.   Sadly, I don't think that you're
doing your best by forever trashing those on the other end of that whipsaw -- unless you're
congenitally unable to think past pink tutus.

You've mentioned the Democrats have "a ghost of a chance."
You also said democrats are the only ones with "any prospect" of helping.

 My question is when?
When are they going to start?

Do you think polite e-mails between us will spur them into action?
Somewhere out there is a millionaire who is fed up.
If we had a lot of money, maybe we could flood Washington with pink tutus
and get the pitiful site on the evening news and shame the Democrats into action.

Everybody from Clinton on down (and even some Republicans) have remarked at what
silly pushovers the Democrats have become, and you think I should ease up on them?

Granted, so far I've had zero success at getting their attention, but I keep fighting.
 Somebody has to do something.

Jesus, we've already lost the Constitution and the Treasury, ...and legal voting.
How much longer should we wait before we do something?

Maybe BartCop Radio will cause a splash.
 Somebody has to do something.
