I have monitored freerepublic every day for almost five years.
Julie's jury foreman did not post on FR during
that time. What he did do was talk to
a co-worker about the proceedings, and he/she
DID post hints and smidgens on FR.
He/she tried to cover it up later. I had captured
the posts, but lost them in a computer crash.
Now, it is almost as interesting to know that
Juanita Broaddrick's son is a bona fide Freeper
who posted during the height of the time when
that story broke. He was looking for media
connections to ramp up the story that his mother
only wanted to forget. Heh.

When Julie told me that story, I was not listening fast enough.
Another correction:
Unlike the Bush boy, (three times - minimum)
Julie was never "arrested."
She was indicted, photographed and fingerprinted,
but not technically "arrested."
Another BartCop error.
Don't worry, Julie has copies of the freeper's posts - as does the
crooked judge in the case.
The judge KNEW Julie's foreman was doing that, but he didn't mind.
The American justice system was busy railroading an innocent woman.

"I now get to the office early and read the security
reports". A telling admission of his negligence
before the 11th. Nothing changed on 9/11
except Bush's own understanding of the threat.
While the enemy was invading our shores, the
man charged with protecting us was on vacation,
...for a month.
And he now has the nerve to blame the front line minimum wage screeners for not doing their jobs?
His childish "Axis of Evil" statement makes it
impossible for anyone to take him seriously anymore.
(As if they ever did). He ordered the Northern
Alliance not to go into Kabul. It's a good thing that
they ignored him. Now, even Britain, our
best ally will not follow him into Iraq.
If Bush is to be believed, and Saddam has a nuclear
weapon, why is Bush giving him good reasons
to use it? It must be that they want
him to use it. Maybe, so Cheney can declare Martial Law and
dictate from the Secret Bunker. They wouldn't
have to worry about criticism or counting votes anymore.
Just the way they like it.

hurting them politically.
Why didn't they let it go? Especially
the retroactive part?
Could it be that they knew Enron was in trouble
and that money was essential?

Dare Call It Treason

conservative brethren issuing an emergency
order on December 9 stopping the counting of ballots
(at a time when Gore's lead had shrunk
to 154 votes) on the grounds that if it continued, Gore could
suffer "irreparable harm," and then subsequently,
on December 12, bequeathing the election to Gore
on equal protection grounds.

intelligent enough to interview him for us, and I respect
him too much to insult him by asking

Too bad more journalists don't have my ethics.
Too many lazy journalists who haven't done their homework will
insult an interview subject
with their nonsensical, repetitive and inane questions and I
refused to do that to Mr. Bugliosi.
