Subject: ATHETIC BARTCOP PROPOSAL-a short and sweet response
I am writing in response to the BARTCOP TAX PLAN.
Our friend Bartcop claims he can save America
by giving 1500 dollars away to everyone making an income.
His plan does offer many benefits, but I feel
tax relief should be given according to the taxes one has paid.
While it may be popular to "steal from the rich
to feed the poor", it is unfair and unpatriotic.
I believe he is overlooking some of the most
basic principals of a free market country.

WE ARE NOT OR NEVER WILL BE COMMUNIST!
Any attempt to give a geopolitical redistribution
of our nations wealth is blatant communism.
In life, we should treat all people equally.
<snip>
THIS DOES NOT MEAN EVERYONE MAKES THE SAME SALARIES.

AMERICA NEEDS THE RICH TO SURVIVE.

DON'T HATE THE RICH BECAUSE THEY
HAVE "UNLIMITED" AMOUNTS OF MONEY.
ONLY HATE THEM WHEN THEY THUMB
THEIR NOSE AT SOCIETY.

Editor's Note: I cut out of lot of Jonthan's
response, for space purposes.
After his first paragraph, he was merely repeating
the "woes of the rich" litany.
Jonthan, to start with, I've never heard of the
word "athetic," so I looked it up
and Webster never heard of it either. Congrats
on being the inventor of "athetic."
It seems we're arguing different points.
You're explaining the meaning of the word "fair,"
but I'm just trying to help President Smirk.
Smirk says the American economy is quickly headed
into a deep hole unless
we can stimulate the economy - and it needs to
be done fast!
His way puts $1.3 trillion in the hands of the
super-rich five years from now.
My way puts 0.3 trillion in the hands
of the people who will use it to purchase things,
and it does it before the end of the year.
Can you tell the difference in the two plans?
Read my lips: NOBODY wants to pay more taxes.
NOBODY is against a tax cut, but first we have bills to pay.
I'm guessing you'd say Reagan had nothing to do
with spending America into near bankruptcy,
and we can argue that point another time, but
whomever spent the money, the bills are due.
If we got the national debt to a managable figure,
and took care of Social Security, Medicare
and prescription drugs, then I'm all for a big
tax cut, even for the lottery winners.
If Smirk is telling the truth about the NEED for
a quick tax cut to jump-start the lack of
confidence consumers have in his shaky stewardship,
he'd do well to adopt The
BartCop Tax Plan.
But if he just wants to reward his billionaire
contributors, he should stay his course.
