Bart:
Twelve jurors found him guilty. Give it
up!
So, he's as guilty as OJ was innocent?
He sold the house before anyone was even sure
Laci was dead.
He tried to sell her truck under the same circumstances.
Those are stupid/callous things to do, but they're
not worth the death penalty.
Plus, I think he was trying to raise money for
a lawyer to keep him alive.
He went on national television and lied his ass off.....and acted to think the whole thing was a big joke!
Those are stupid/callous things to do.
No one else had any motive to kill her, and I don't buy the Satanic bullshit.
No one else that we know of had a motive.
My youngest brother said he doesn't understand
how anyone could kill someone like Laci,
that from all accounts most guys would give their
right arm to find a girl like her.
The DA said he killed Lacy to avoid being tied
down with a child, then he took up with
Amber Frey who had a young child. The DA's theory
made no sense to me.
Instead Scotty-boy is knocking the boots with
some massage therapist who looks like a horse.
(To Amber Frey's credit, though, she dumped the
son of a bitch when she found out that he was married!)
To Frey's discredit, she should keep her pants
on until she knows if her boyfriend is married.
If Peterson didn't want to be married anymore,
he should've asked Laci for a divorce.
Being betrayed and dumped isn't pleasant, but
speaking from personal experience, you DO get over it.
I agree 100 percent, but I got in trouble for
saying something like that in the similar Utah Case.
Murdering your wife is rarely the
best move a fella can make. (That's humor and sarcasm.)
She had a close family who would have helped her
get over the bastard and help her take care of Connor.
And I'm sure a woman like her would have no trouble
finding another man.....a real man, not a sneaking, cheating, lying weasel!
But...you women seem to like the rogues, the bad
boys, the troublemakers.
From Jesse James to James Dean to Motley Crue,
the bad boys always get the Playmates.
And, Bart, I'm not a man-hater. I just think
this guy is getting what he deserves.
He's guilty!

You could be right.
Subject: Scott Peterson
Bart,
No DNA Evidence, No murder weapon, nobody
saw him do it or saw him dump her body.
The states reason he committed the crime?
TO BE A SWINGING SINGLE MAN!! WOW!
The defense proved that he was worth more
with Lacy alive than dead.
Killing his unborn son? No way.
This guy did what a lot of guys did, cheat
on their wife.
Nobody would want to get convicted with
NO evidence outside of circumstantial
on a murder 1/death penalty case.
This guy was hung by the media 24/7 for 2 years.
He had no chance.
Welcome to USA "justice".

Bart,
The thing that wigs me out most about this
is that they got him on TWO counts of murder for killing his pregnant wife.
This opens the door for some Monkey-appointed
judge to use this as a legal precedent for ruling that human life begins
before birth, and then there goes Roe v.
Wade.
Humans, at least the American ones, don't
have any right to be born. We do have a right to live after we've
been born
which is why murder is a crime, but before
you are born you have no such rights. Until now.

I've followed your site for several years
now and most of the time, I find you on target.
Regarding Scott Peterson ... you might
as well be getting your info from Fox ...
before you stake your credibility on the
"innocence" of this man,
I just be a bad communicator.
I didn't stake my credibility on Scott Peterson's innocence.
I said the state ought to have real proof before they announce
their intention to murder him.
Review the facts -- there are plenty...
Facts that can't be explained or spun away.
And save the --he's-lying-but-that-doesn't-make-him-a-murderer
-- bit for someone who deserves it.
It's possible I just heard you say, "Men who lie about sex are
killers."
If you've got chunks of chicken, some relish,
and mayo... you've got chicken salad ...
chicken doesn't make it a salad, relish
doesn't make it a salad... but put it all together and it's salad...
...except the state of California failed to find the chicken,
the relish or the mayo.
This is one time the justice system got
it right ... and you're feeling sorry for the bastard.
Feel bad for the voters in Ohio or even
the innocents all over the world paying for our failures,
but don't ask me to give a fleeting flip
to that fucker! May his Horny Bastard fantasies be sated in prison!

Yeah, Bart - I think he did it...his behavior
- especially the blatant lies on TV, no less
- really cinched it for me, but is he guilty
beyond a reasonable doubt? NO WAY!!
I can understand (but not condone) the
jury rushing this through in order to go home, but what about 'murder 2'?
When a jury can vote to kill (and I believe
they will) on less than circumstantial evidence, then I can see how such
a hateful know-it-all bitch as that Nancy
Grace is so popular.
It explains the outcome of our recent election,
too.
When did we become "America the Hateful"?
Love you, Bart.
Miss Davis
If we were all on our way to Heaven, and we were gambling on the
Heaven Shuttle, and we knew
God would tell us for sure if he did it, I'd bet that he did,
but that's no reason to execute a man.
I'm so old, I remember when the state had to prove a man was guilty,
not just say,
"It's the best theory we can come up
with."
What is unlikely, but possible, is that the "real killers," upon
watching Scott's alibi on TV that
he was fishing there that day, put her body there to make the
DA's job easier.
Like the Kobe DA, like the DC sniper's Chief Moose,
like Katherine Harris, like that wacko
Judge Moore, will the Modesto DA use this as a
springboard to run for higher office?
Wouldn't it be awful to rot in prison forever because the DA had
a big ego?
