I'm back in court again today.

I sued three people on Halloween.
One didn't get proper service (can't find the SOB) the second is a professional hustler
but she failed to appear, which surprised me, since she's a professional hustler, so I got
judgment by default, the third is a weak-minded grunt who did appear and then he proceeded
to asked me for legal advice which I gave him.

I suggested he plead guilty and he said, "OK," so we walked to the judge's recorder or
whatever her title is and recorded his surrender, but then he failed to pay me the next day so
I garnished his check for 25 percent of the gross.  Koresh, that's a chunk of money - the idiot.
I told him I'd go easy on him and he betrayed my trust so now I'm screwing him to death.

But the professional hustler who didn't show up on Halloween asked for a special mercy hearing.
She's going to tell the judge how she's drowning in debt and can't survive if Ol' BartCop grabs
a quarter of her gross and could the judge be a nice guy and reduce it to, say, 15 percent...

The hearing is at 1:30 and the poor thing doesn't understand what she's getting into.

She will be under oath - I will not.
We're both going to argue our case before the judge - is that fair?
She's a skilled liar, but she has no idea about the buzzsaw that's aimed at her crotch.

She's going to plead poverty and whatever to try to reduce the amount of garnishment,
but she forgot that she signed an extra piece of paper that I have all victims, ...I mean
applicants sign when they close their loans. (I'm the only one I know who does this)
At the end of one of the documents is a statement that says,
"I hereby declare that I have no other debts other than those listed on my application."

 ha ha

It's a perjury trap, like what Hardon Kenny tried with Clinton.
So when she opens her mouth to tell the judge about all her crushing debts,
I'm going to introduce her statement that she had no other debts,
which means she obtained her loan with a false application and that's a crime.

 ha ha

The last time I talked to her, she said "You're pure evil."
She has no idea what she's running into.

She's in so much trouble, I could win this with the truth,
which is almost unheard of in a court of law..

But what does that say about our legal system that it's her vs. me and I'm not under oath?
If I were an unscrupulous character, I could use that loophole to my advantage.
 (cough)

I'll let you know how it went.
