Church of Realty updates

Dear Church of Reality Explorers,

I'm still working on the idea of the Reality Revolution as a secular version of the Church of Reality.
I've begun building a web site and looking for ideas and/or people to take on the project and run with it.
I've installed Drupal on the site and I'm going to rough out the basic ideas. Here's a link to my start.

Once I lay the foundation for this idea I'm looking for the rest of you to take it over. So we need to have

Hopefully people will be able to post their artwork and the marketplace of ideas will produce some winners.

Religious Marijuana

I received another letter from the DEA regarding the religious use of Marijuana by the Church of Reality.
I had sent them a 60 day demand letter about 5 weeks ago and they responded assuring me that they are
working hard on our application. I replied with a lot of questions that are basically setting them up for
a lawsuit in case they decide to stall. The 60 demand is a prelude to a lawsuit but I don't have to sue
at the end of 60 days. It just gets a step out of the way. I'm trying to get DEA to reveal where they are
in the process and get them to either admit that we qualify or to point out problems where we don't.

It is also possible that we qualify on a level they never saw before and that they are trying to create policies
and procedures to deal with it. It is also possible that political forces have intervened to delay our approval.
My letter is carefully written to try to figure out where they are, or if they don't reply then will give us
an advantage in court due to their silence.

However, your comments when laced with numerous F-bombs,  undermines any attempts at serious discussion
and tends to add credence to the notion of low double digit IQ,  devoid of any semblence of humor. 
Take a gauge of your reading audience and consider making a few course corrections. 

You can do better than this.

FBI tapes Stevens as part of sting

Let's Dump Harry Reid

Harry Reid needs a new job - one that doesn't affect our future.
He's a nice guy, but he's weak and he's stupid and this is life and death.
We need a wartime consiglieri if we want to win this war.

(Nancy Pelosi is another one - what's she done beside take impeachment off the table?)

Reid is a dismal failure. It's time for him to go, so let's make some noise and force him out.
We need to go into the 2008 election ready for battle and Harry Reid is not up to the task.

Here's what you can do:

E-mail MoveOn.org and ask that they initiate a call for Reid to step down.

Stop giving money to Democrats and give your money to MoveOn and bartcop.com instead.
    Let the Dems know that you are sick of Harry Reid and his surrender tactics and that they won't get
    any of your money until they get a fighter in charge of the senate.

Write letters to the editor that call for Harry Reid to step down.
Post messages on high traffic sites like Daily Kos and Demo Underground to dump Reid.
Call your senator and demand that Reid step down.  Get phone #s at http://www.senate.gov

The most important reason was because I had been working in an office full of delusional right wing nut
social retards for eight years, and I was sick of it.  I had to listen to their bullshit lies every day, but I was
forbidden from voicing my opinions.  If I said anything to counter their lies. an argument would always follow.
Naturally, I was the bad guy when that happened because the arguments were always viewed as my fault.

I am now working for an American company doing consulting for the mining industry, which is booming
these days.  There are only a handful of Americans working in the office, zero of which are right wing nuts.
It is an absolute pleasure to be able to have an intelligent discussion about important issues, including politics,
without having to listen to a regurgitated neocon lies.

Here in Peru, people understand the truth about the Bush administration, and they cannot understand how
they have been allowed to stay in power.  For example, when I go to a bar, people want to talk to me
because I am an American.  When I tell them I hate Bush, I have a room full of friends!

This is not a time when Democrats can afford Harry Reid  He is pathetic beyond belief.

I am calling on people to pressure the Democrats to replace Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reed with real leaders.

We need people like John Murtha to lead the House and Jim Webb or Russ Feingold to lead the Senate.

Write MoveOn.org and ask them to run ads calling for Democrats to change leadership.
