"The NFL often looks like a game between the
Bloods and the Crips without any weapons.
There, I said it." -- the vulgar racist Pigboy
- new owner of the St Louis Rams? Link
Excerpt: They will all look the other way when it comes
to Limbaugh — forgetting his polarizing racial politics, conveniently ignoring
(perhaps even quietly agreeing with) all the
mean-spirited divisive bile that comes along with his ample financial clout
— just like
many of you surely will, too. They will look
the other way because of his wealth and influence. You will look the other
way
because to some of you, he is your politically
incorrect hero, and the rest might be willing to ignore all of that just
as long as
he can put enough money on the table to help
keep your football team in St. Louis.
Limbaugh's American Dream is a potential nightmare
waiting to happen for the Rams, the city and the NFL
Rush said, "Slavery built the South. I'm not
saying we should bring it back. I'm just saying it had its merits. For one thing, the streets were safer after
dark."
I know how those words play out in Idiot America.
They are embraced as gospel. But inside the NFL, where the
majority of the players are descendants of slaves,
his ignorant ramblings resonate with entirely different emotions.
He's already been fired from covering the NFL because he's such a racist
prick.
"Rush Limbaugh would definitely hurt the Rams
if he bought the team. I can only judge what he says on the
radio - but the way he talks makes me think he's a racist."
-- Keenan Mccardell, Washington Whore Post, Link
What?
The Whore Post not sticking up for their boy?
Excerpt: David Letterman is sorry. He's sorry to his staff,
sorry to his wife and still sorry to Sarah Palin.
Such was his sex scandal apology during Monday's
show. As things kicked off, he stood before
a roaring studio audience. Someone shouted "We
love you Dave!" and then Letterman launched
into his monologue: "Right now, I would give
anything to be hiking on the Appalachian Trail. I get in
the car this morning and the navigation lady
wasn't speaking to me. Ouch!"
After the obligatory jokes there was the obligatory
apology. Sitting behind his desk, he explained:
"When you're blackmailed, its a crime and you're
a victim." It seemed he was going down the martyr route
-- but, no, he was simply putting things in fair
perspective: "Now, being a victim, and if your behavior is
responsible for hurting people, that's a separate
part of the equation." Those hurt people include his current
female staffers who have been relentlessly harassed
by the press: 'I would like to set the record straight.
No, I am not having sex with these women. Those
episodes are in the past. My apologies for subjecting
them to that vulnerability and to being browbeaten
and humiliated.'"
Dave said we're still in Phase One of this scandal.
Apparently, the blackmailer stole Stephanie Birkitt's
diary so he's going to do all he can
to get that diary in the mainstream whore media
- and the whores will salivate until they get it.
Think how fucking mortifying it would be to have
some scumbag steal your diary
and then make himself world famous for exposing
your inner-most thoughts.
The diary and private e-mails he copied must be
Phase Two
Sidebar: The best way to avoid being blackmailed is to do nothing that is blackmail-worthy.
But once you screw up, your choices are to pay the bastard or call
the cops or kill him.
Mark
Geragos says Dave should've paid the bastard - but that never ends.
N.O.W. still
hates Dave Don't they have anything else to complain about?
Excerpt In the case of Letterman, he is a multi-million-dollar
host of one of the most popular late-night shows; in that role,
he wields the ultimate authority as to who gets
hired, who gets fired, who gets raises, who advances, and who does
entry-level tasks among the 'Late Show' employees,"
O'Neill added. "As 'the boss,' he is responsible for setting the
tone for his entire workplace -- and he did that
with sex.
I don't know all the rules about this but is there a law that says the
boss can't get laid?
As far as we know right now, there are two women involved (over a 14-year
period) and they speak very highly
of Dave so what is NOW's problem? That something might
have occured for which there's no evidence?
"I thought things could not be worse for the
St. Louis Rams than being 0-4; I was wrong. Rush Limbaugh is joining St. Louis Blues owner to
purchase the Rams. Anyone who has made a living bashing political
leaders and their policies by vicious and unethical
personal attacks, and called for harsher punishment for minorities charged with low level drug crimes
while himself being criminally addicted to oxycontin for many years, does not represent the honor, integrity
and dignity for which the NFL shield is supposed to represent. -- Roman Oben on the vulgar
racist Pigboy, Link
I saw a TV ad today against health care reform
put on by a group called "Americans for Prosperity".
What's right and wrong when it comes to health
care reform depends on your values.
If you put prosperity first then their position
is correct. However if you put health care
security ahead of making money then Americans
for Prosperity is wrong.
It all depends on whether you value profits of
insurance companies or the health of this nation's people.
Who we are as Americans depends on what we value.
We got the call early Saturday morning.
Suddenly, we were in the funeral producing business.
We drove to Arkansas and met with the funeral
home directors.
It's weird producing a funeral when you don't
know what your budget is.
Cremation would've been cheaper, but he wanted
a funeral, so he got one.
The man had a master's degree in architecture
and he died broke.
Wouldn't it make sense to have socialized funerals?
Why should someone make a profit when you die?
Why should a death bankrupt a poor family?
Even a cremation costs a few thousand dollars.
Between the viewing and the funeral we met with
our legal people.
The IRS had been hounding Bill, which is crazy
because he was broke
and he hadn't made any money in the last 10 years
or so.
This lawyer is so powerful, he assured us "the
IRS wouldn't be a problem."
He also said the city wanted to condemn Bill's $800K mansion.
(You would not believe the mansion you could get in 1970 for
$800K in rural
Arkansas but now it's an 18,000 square foot bundle of black mold.)
But since we made last Christmas a lot nicer for the local cops (We
paid off-duty
cops $25 and hour for a week to protect the mansion and it's contents
from the
meth heads who had taken over) and Mrs. Bart is a hero in their eyes
because
she gave the order that finally shut down Meth Central last December.
Then the lawyer told Mrs Bart she was the H.N.I.C.
What did that stand for - Hockey Night In Canada?
We looked at each other in WTF fashion and he said, "Head
nigger in charge." That's truer than true north but I'll understand if you choose not
to believe it.
Rural Arkansas isn't as progressive as, say, Oklahoma.
The good news is Bill is out of his misery.
He was blind, deaf and his mind was deteriorating at a rapid rate.
So now we have to bulldoze what was once perhaps the finest home in
the county.
Whoever said, "Life is a bitch and then you
die," knew what he was talking about.
"Politics is war, and Jerry Brown gave aid
and comfort to our enemies by raising $100,000 for the San Bernardino County Republican
Party last Thursday night. This act of Jerry Brown's is treason! Treason to Democrats everywhere!
For four decades now, we Democrats have been living by a common set of rules, and Jerry Brown has been
living by a different set of rules. DOWN with BROWN!" -- Sam Clouder
I don't have the time to get into Cali politics
but why is Jerry Brown raising money for
the Fascist dogs?
Excerpt: The Nebraska Democratic Party put the state's
senior senator, Ben Whore Nelson, in an awkward spot on Saturday
by passing a resolution making support for a
government-run insurance option a central aspect of its platform.
In a nearly unanimous vote at a committee meeting,
about 70 attendees approved language that urges members of
Congress "to vote for such health care reform
proposals that contain a robust public option at all stages of the legislative
process including conference and reconciliation,
and encourage legislators to pass such reform."
Nelson remains one of the highest-profiled U.S.
Senate Democratic backstabber on the public plan,
even recently declining to commit to voting against
a Republican filibuster of legislation that included the provision.
He makes almost a half million dollars a day?
And those birther handjobs want that to continue?
Can you
hear me?
The super-rich
need our help!
Quotes
"Anyone with eyes to see and ears to hear can
tell that it doesn’t matter how often or baldly Conservatives lie. No one will ever
call them on it. No one will ever fire them for it. And they will continue to nest in the highest
and most privileged places of the Mainstream Media and piss on our heads until their toxic
tree fort is razed and replaced with some form of American jourmalism that doesn't visibly ooze
contempt for truth, reason, integrity and democracy." -- driftglass, Link
Hey, *I* call them on it but I'm not as
popular as crybaby Glenn Beck.
In the GOP, they throw millions of dollars at their lying
whore pundits.
Democrats would rather lose than spend money on the truthful
trench fighters.
You have *got* to go see this movie - the invention
of lying. I don't read reviews prior to seeing a movie,
but I do look at the overall ratings on movies.yahoo.com.
It was getting a 'c' average from users, which is
normally an indication of a bad film. However,
the trailer looked really good and I wanted to see it anyway.
I can understand why some (religious) people would
give it a poor review.
Personally, i thought it was hilarious.
Cheers,
Leo
Unless it's Eddie Izzard, I can't do English humor.
Excerpt: Orly Taitz is eager to talk about her crusade
to prove that Obama is an impostor.
Taitz is a leading handjob in the birther campaign.
It is here in her office that Taitz dreams of deposing Obama,
proving that he is a citizen not of this country
but of Kenya, maybe, or possibly Indonesia, perhaps even -- who knows?
-- that he is secretly controlled by Saudi Arabia.
"My children are so excited...that the president
will have to appear in Mom's office in Rancho Santa Margarita,"
says Taitz, whose English is richly Russian-accented;
she grew up in the former Soviet republic of Moldova.
God, thank you for making both my parents sane.
And if the conference room proves too small to
accommodate the presidential entourage and she has to travel
to Washington to question the man she refers
to as a "usurper," that's okay. Taitz will fly pretty much anywhere
to make her argument. The ends of the Earth,
one senses, would not be too far away.
Clinton had a girlfriend and he had to be put under oath to talk about
his sex life, which is nobody's business,
because he's a Democrat and his party chose to stab him in the back.
Bush and Cheney kill 4500 soldiers and they don't have to answer to
anything or anyone
because they are above the law because they are Republicans.
If Obama gets put under oath because Taitz is an insane handjob, I might
go postal.
I am so fucking sick of being in a party that refuses to fight.
Excerpt: After operating largely under the radar during
his first few months in office, Al Franken is beginning to make political
ripples.
On Tuesday night, he got his first piece of legislation
passed by the Senate via roll call vote. The amendment stopped federal
funding
for those defense contractors who used mandatory
arbitration clauses to deny victims of assault the right to bring their
case to court.
It passed by a 68-30 margin with nine Republicans
joining each voting Democrat. And in the immediate aftermath, Franken was
granted the chance to revel, ever so slightly,
in his victory.
"The story came to my attention of Jamie Leigh
Jones who, when she was 19, went to Iraq to work for Chenery's KBR and
she was
put in the barracks with 400 men and was sexually
harassed," Franken said after the vote. "She complained. But they didn't
do anything
about it. She was drugged and gang raped and
they locked her up in a shipping container. She tried to sue KBR and they
said you have a mandatory arbitration clause in your contract.
She tried to fight back and said this is ridiculous. She took it to court
and they
have been fighting her for three years."
"This bill would make it so that anybody in business
with the Department of the Defense can't do this," he concluded emphatically.
"They can't have mandatory arbitration on issues
like assault and battery."
The Bush bastards made rape legal
and Franken put a stop to that.
Why is NOW harrassing Letterman
when the Bush bastards legalized rape?
A shot of Chinaco for Al Franken.
Once again, it's the comedians who are saving America.
Excerpt: If Democrats enact something like the health-care
bill emerging from the Senate Finance Committee, they may call it
a legislative victory and it may keep the campaign
donations flowing from the insurance industry, but the Democrats
would surely infuriate millions of American voters.
It seems like some Democrats, such as Baucus and
Conrad, have lost themselves so much in the inside-Washington reeds
of legislating a convoluted compromise acceptable
to the insurers, that they are inviting an angry backlash from average
Americans.
The danger for Democrats is that this industry-friendly
legislation would impose new burdens on citizens, including government
fines for failing to sign up for a health-insurance
plan, without guarantees that the coverage won’t be almost as crappy and
expensive as it is now. The bill rejects a public
option that would put competitive pressure on private insurers.
Plus, key elements of the bill, like the so-called
shopping "exchanges," aren’t to take effect until 2013, meaning that
Americans will have watched this messy process
unfold for months and then be told that the current system, which has
cruelly pushed millions of sick people into bankruptcy,
will get four more years to bankrupt more Americans.
The quote: "Obama and the liberals have used the
same failed policies for years, their policies are prolonging this recession
and actually leading us into a depression. Liberals
have tried these policies and have failed at stimulating growth in the
economy,
and contributed to the negative growth in employment.
**Why
do these things over and over when there is a blue print they can follow to get us out of this mess. This blue
print was created during the '80s, but they've rewritten history to omit
that fact" **
The part in ** is the excerpt of his quote that
I am talking about... I just wanted to give you some context.
He must have meant the blue print was created
during the 90's, because it was during Clinton's tenure
so far as I (or our balance sheets and employment
created at that time) can remember.
I mean in the 80s, Reagan oversaw the largest
expansion of the military, a government entity if I'm not mistaken
(a socialist society BTW) in our country's history.
As well as the largest deficits, and job loss in decades.
There's no way he could have meant the '70s when
the GOP's boy, tricky Dick, was in control either...
I mean, he's the one that made it OK for the
treasury to print worthless money by taking us off the gold standard,
and he hates when Obama does it... But, it was
OK for the racist-bigot-crook. But, if a black person tries to
stimulate the economy he causes inflation and
devalues the dollar.
Anyone with half a brain or even half your IQ
can look at the balance sheet and see that Clinton took us from
deficits and unemployment to a surplus and almost
near full employment. They could also see that it took Democrat
policies to clean up the Repugs mess over and
over through the century. How odd.
Keep swingin' yo,
Captain Ahab (a terrorist who hates my
country because I want Obama to succeed)
Excerpt: Whoopi Goldberg has coined the stupidest term
in the whole furore over Roman Polanski’s arrest
for having sexual intercourse with a minor.
Goldberg said “I know it wasn’t rape-rape.
I think it was something else, but I don’t believe
it was rape-rape.”
“Rape-rape?” As opposed to just ‘rape’? Goldberg
was trying to pin down the exact crime Polanski
was charged with but she still seems to be suggesting
that there are different levels of forcing someone
to have sexual intercourse without their consent,
that some rapes are better than others.
What a dangerous and foolish thing to say.
I disagree.
Lucy Jones is saying all rapes are equal and that's gotta be
crazy talk.
All rapes aren't equal just like all beatings aren't equal.
And before you shoot off a hot Monkey Mail about "Bart
is pro-rape," get what I'm saying.
If a woman gets drunk and lets her guard down and her date gets into
her pants, yes, that's probably rape.
But Lucy Jones has to admit that's far less horrible than that rape
we talked about a few weeks ago
in Florida where 10-15 teens raped a woman and her son for half a day.
A waitress told me she was beaten and raped for 6 hours - I think she'd
agree with me.
Nobody but Lucy Jones said, some rapes
are better than others but you'd have to admit some rapes are worse than others.
Whoopie's comment was imprecise, but it wasn't "dangerous
and foolish."

ADDENDUM: The U.S. Chamber of Commerce lobbied
against the Franken amendment as well:
Excerpt: There were seven of us sitting around a table,
and the most ignorant among us spoke first. He stated,
“Hey, did you see the cartoon by the time clock?
It said One Big Ass Mistake
America.
HAHAHAHAHA”.
Funny, huh?
The second fool laughed and replied, “There
should be another one with Obama holding his hand out and saying
“Can I borrow another three trillion dollars?”
This was hysterical to the original Neanderthal.
At this point, I was headed for the door, saying,
“Oh yes, you mean to pay for the war that YOUR president started?”
Now, I have to explain the use of the term, ‘your
president’. These ignorant fools have repeatedly stated that
Barack Obama is NOT their president. I can only
assume that George Bush was.
