McCain aides: Palin "unstable"
Yet they stuck with her, endangering America

 Link

 Excerpt:
Some McCain staffers who worked directly with Palin began to worry that she could be "mentally unstable."

After her misstatements and outright lies repeatedly caused the campaign to stumble and backpedal, a discussion
began to emerge: Were McCain to win, how best could they relegate her "to the largely ceremonial role that
premodern vice presidents inhabited"?

After all, "it was inconceivable," they wrote, "if McCain fell ill or died, the country be left in the hands of
a President Palin," according to the Times.

The book also claims she almost completely neglected preparing for her debate with Biden,
and couldn't even pronounce his name correctly, calling him "O'Biden" repeatedly.

They instead encouraged her to ask, "Can I just call you Joe?"

McCain should be held accountable for this screw-up,
but since the Democrats won't do it, it won't get done.

GOP Deserves a Reward?
  by Bob Parry

 Link

 Excerpt:
These days, I rarely open an e-mailed article from someone on the Left that doesn’t denounce Obama
as a sell-out, a corporate tool, a coward or worse – with similar assessments applied to Democrats in Congress.

And that anger on the Left – as much the Obama-is-a-commie/Nazi/anti-Christ fury on the Right – seems likely to
shape 2010, possibly starting with the special election in Massachusetts on Jan. 19 to fill Teddy's senate seat.
A new poll showed Democrat Martha Coakley and Republican Scott Brown tied among those "extremely
interested" in the race, although Coakley maintained a 15-point lead among all voters.

A surprise GOP win would give the Senate Republicans the 41 votes they need to filibuster
– and many on the Left are so angry that they don’t appear to care anymore.

2010 is beginning to feel a lot like 2000, when Nader’s supporters found "not a dime’s worth of difference"
between Gore and Bush, thus helping to keep the race close enough for Bush to steal the White House.
If that remains the dynamic this year – Republicans might enjoy a turnaround, starting next Tuesday.

Democrats always find a way to screw things up.

We had everything but Obama chose not to come to work and Democrats
decided to fight amongst thenselves instead of getting something done.

As always, after we step in the hole and break our legs, we'll ask, "How did this happen?"

We already know how it happened - we're Democrats.

Good point.
Reagan and Bush ARMED terrorists,
and Obama is accused of not being tough enough on them?

If only the Dems could learn to fight - or speak.

Subject: Palin was God's Plan?

In the new book "Game Change", when Sarah Palin was chosen to run for VP
she responded that the choice was "God's Plan".

So if it was God's plan for her to run then what did God have in mind when she lost?
Did God intend to make a fool of her?
That's the problem for those who claim their destiny was God's plan.
It makes God look like a loser.
I think a more accurate description of Palin's candidacy is "bad choice".

Palin Whoring for FOX News
Can she learn about politics there?

 Link

 Excerpt:
Sarah Palin, former governor turned swimsuit model, has returned to her broadcast roots and has taken her
message of ignorance and intolerance to Fox News as a on-air whore, the cable channel announced Monday.

"I am thrilled to be joining the criers amd moaners at Fox News," Palin said in a statement because Koresh knows
what's she say if it wasn't scripted. "It's wonderful to be part of a place that so values fair and balanced news,"
she said with a straight face

Fox said Palin will offer "You betchas" and "Golly Gees" on the cable channel, as well as Fox's radio network.
She also will host occasional episodes of Fox News' "Real American Stories," a series debuting this year that
the network said will feature stories about Republicans who have overcome logic and common sense.

Palin, 45, is hugely popular with racists and teabagging handjobs and has more than a million Facebook followers.

Subject: Harry Reid

Harry, bless him.
Wouldn't it be lovely if the Republican hissy fit ruined the career of this career douchebag?

We don't need Harry. Harry is the weakest Senate leader we've ever had.
He's so weak, he doesn't even deserve a pink tutu. Ballerinas are strong.
What Harry needs is a diaper and a binky

But I'll tell you who needs Harry - Obama. Obama needs Harry in the worst way.
With Harry in charge of the Senate, Obama can blame the obstruction of any progressive agenda
(his campaign promises) on a disfunctional Senate. The last thing Obama wants is an effective
Democratic leader of a Supermajority in the Senate, somebody who could crack that whip
and make Ben Nelson, Mary Landrieu and Joe Leiberman to toe the line.

An effective Senate leader would force Obama to reveal his true nature - is he conservative or progressive?
He'd have to come to work.
He'd have to deliver on his messianic message of hope with something more than baby steps.

Quotes

"A few years ago, this guy would have been getting us coffee."
     - A paraphrase of 'something like' something Bill Clinton supposedly might have said
to Teddy Kennedy about Barack Obama, on page 218 of Game Change

Check the name of the link
  http://theplumline.whorunsgov.com/political-media/umm-clinton-may-not-have-said-racially-charged-getting-us-coffee-quote/

With the Clintons, all you have to do is make a wild, unsourced allegation and the whore media
spins into massive hyper-drive to be sure everyone hears the wild unsourced allegation.

The "Clintons are racists" meme never gets old to them.

If Rush claims Clinton said something racist, then he said it.
If Drudge claims Clinton said something racist, then he said it.
If FOX News claims Clinton said something racist, then he said it.
If a whore with a book to sell claims Clinton said something racist, then he said it.

Besides, like with the Reid quote, isn't it true?

Blacks received civil rights in my lifetime.
Is it now wrong to state historical facts?

It is if your last name is Clinton.

The Clintons MUST be kept in their place because if they aren't,
she might get elected and create 24M jobs like her husband did.

 Can't have that.

"Why are so many professional journalists discussing this alleged quote from Clinton
as if it’s absolute fact, while it’s being left to bloggers to point out that it’s a paraphrase
based on anonymous sourcing? There’s something seriously wrong here."

Quotes

"Palin is on the same approximate low level of intellectual attainment and curiosity that bedevils
the vast majority of the FoxNews goobers. She reflects all the unproven biases and cultural bigotries
of the white lower middle class, hence their massive approval of her. She just needs to start using
the n-word, and they will make her pope."
     -- evangenital,     Link

In that Game Change book, they say Palin tried and tried but couldn't get Biden's name right.
She kept calling him "O'Biden" again and again after being corrected many times.

Finally, the McCain staffers came up with a solution: Have her ask,  "Can I call you Joe?"

That was the first thing she said when she took the stage in their debate,
but still, she called him "O'Biden" at least once that night.

That is a level of stupidity with which I'm not familiar...and I live in Oklahoma.

Conan to NBC: "Drop Dead"
Conan, Leno, NBC, Tonight Show all tarnished now

 Link

 Excerpt:
Conan O’Brien says he no longer wants to host The Tonight Show and intends to leave NBC.
He has been growing increasingly upset about how he was treated by the last-place network.

Like the Democrats, these four had everything and then they chose to fix it.
Leno was beating Letterman, Conan was "King of Late Night," and they were all happy
until some NBC pinhead decided Conan was the future of comedy.

So what does Conan do?  Host a new show on FOX?
Who thinks he'll be any funnier on a different network?

Besides, FOX has contracts to run old shows like Seinfeld and The Simpsons
so Conan might have to wait a year before he can start - which might be a blessing.

NBC and the Democrats - it's like they're twins.

Palin: Sports Reporter Video (1988)

Subject: The Real Bush Legacy

Bart,

The true legacy of George W. Bush is that his administration set the stage for an eventual coup that could
bring an end to democracy in the USA.  In the immediate aftermath of the attack of 9/11/01,  congress gave
the executive branch extraordinary powers in the form of the "patriot act".  The mainstream media helped to
lull a compliant public that it could trust the government with all of these powers.

Due only to the incompetence of this same administration, the Republic was spared.  However, what nobody
is willing to acknowledge is that, in the event that another evil bastard like Dick Cheney gets elected president,
he could now use a similar terrorist attack, real or imagined, to declare martial law, and begin the new age of
the Fascist States of America.
 Ron in Arizona

The worst part?
All they had to do was say "Boo" and
every Democrat fell in line behind them.

Subject: racist comments?

It's kind of strange about what's considered a proper label just 50 years ago, is now denigrating, let alone 10 years ago.
10 years ago, if I was called a Mexican-American, I didn't think a thing about it. Now, we're all called Latinos or Hispanics,
and with the rancor over illegal aliens, I sometimes feel a wee bit uneasy over being referred to as Mexican-American.

It sure hasn't gotten to the insult stage, but  now, I wonder if someday, it will. In the meantime, my kids, whose last name is Schultz,
happily refer to themselves as "beanerschnitzels", while my daughter's boyfriend, who is half Hispanic and half Polish, calls himself
a "Taco Polacko."

 ha ha

I guess people just know a real racist comment when they hear it.
It's like the Supreme Court Justice said about porn: you know it when you see it.

A Truth, Crudely Put
 by Eugene Robinson

 Link

 Excerpt:
Skin color among African-Americans is not to be discussed in polite company, so Harry Reid’s remark about Obama
- that voters are more comfortable with him because he’s light-skinned - offended decorum. But it was surely true.

Color bias has always existed in this country. We don’t talk about it because we think of color as subordinate to
racial identification. There are African-Americans with skin so fair that only contextual clues speak to the question of race.
I remember once looking up some distant cousins on my father’s side. They were so fair of hair and ruddy of cheek that I
thought I’d gone to the wrong house, until one of them greeted me in what I guess Reid would call “Negro dialect.”

Thirty three years ago on Saturday Night Live, Julian Bond  told Garrett Morris
"Everyone knows light-skinned negroes are smarter than darker negroes," and we laughed at the goofy stereotype.

But a racist handjob may still think that way so it can sway an election. (Is that my racism showing?)

Of course, this reminds me of when Bill Clinton stated a political fact, that Jesse Jackson won South Carolina
in 1988 and the ENTIRE whore press and ALL the Republicans and HALF the Democrats went ape-shit berzerk
at what a horrible, terribly racist bastard Bill Clinton really was and why didn't anybody see it sooner?

I remember Rachel Maddow could hardly breathe on her AAR show because she was so f-ing shocked.
She feigned her best outrage as she tried to come to grips with the massive depths of Clinton's racism.
Of course, she'd never once showed that much rage at the murderous, warmongering Bush bastards,
but that's how we Democrats are.   We screw our own while giving the enemy a break.

Rachel, you wanted Obama so badly you sold your soul and stabbed an old friend in the back.
That day, thy name was whore.
You had plenty of company, but your fake hyper-ventilating made you stand out.
