Citi's Plutonomy Memoes

To you fantastic friends and excellent Bloggers--

I am writing to you en masse, completely uncharacteristically, to draw your attention to two
long-term asset strategy memos put out by CitiGroup in 2006. It is clear that they remain operating strategy.

Please, have a look at Citi's Plutonomy Memos.They literally DRIP contempt for us down here.
Their #1 stated fear is that we finally catch on, and demand our fair share. They go on to state that
they have the power and influence to enact any type of Civil crisis to STOP that.

No kidding.

Please download these memos, and repost wherever possible. They will not last long where they are,
and I am running out of venues. Citi's lawyers find them and have them torn down.

My health is very bad, but I feel that wide dissemination of these memos is absolutely vital to the cause
of the 99%, and Occupy Wall Street. With wide enough distribution, there will be no way for the Banksters
to push their fictions on the various Media Platforms. They really are out to get us, as a matter of strategy.

Bill Clinton Is Baaaaaaaaack!

The New York Times reported last week that Bill Clinton is working on a new book on economic policy
to be released in time for next year's election. This is unfortunate, since Clinton stands alongside Alan Greenspan
as one of the last people who should be giving the country and the world advice on economic policy.

Compared to fucking who?

Whoever you want to compare Clinton to - get him on the economic stage right now.
Have him fix this mess and create 24M jobs and triple the stock market and then
I'll say Clinton isn't the man you say he should've been.
 
Many people look back with fondness on Clinton years and there is good cause. The economy grew at an
annual rate of almost 4.5 percent during his second term. The unemployment rate fell to a 4.0 percent as a
year-round average in 2000. And the country saw strong real wage growth up and down the income ladder
for the first time since the early '70s.

Screw you for the left-handed "compliment."

You can't list the facts (created 24M jobs and tripled the stock market) because the facts, fair or not,
make Obama look like a newbie who has no clue how to run the economy so you have to resort to
"The economy grew at an annual rate of almost 4.5 percent during his second term" which makes you
sound like some ace detective who was able, against all odds, to find some half-decent economic news
that one could ostensibly attribute to Clinton.

Fuck you, liar and whore.
The facts don't work for you so you make shit up.

This was all good news. However, it was unsustainable
and Clinton's economic team should have known it at the time.

Meaning what?
He should've known the bubble would burst so he should've only created 12M jobs?
He should've known the bubble would burst so he should've only doubled the stock market?
 
Righties stick with their heroes no matter how bloody their crimes are
whereas Liberals look for ANY excuse to trash their heroes.

Our only double winner in 60 years has to fight the Republicans,
the whore press and - still - about half the Democrats.  

No doubt, history will fuck the Clintons, too.


I keep remembering 2008: "The last thing we want is a repeat of the nineties."

Subject: 10 years and nothing to show for it

Now that we've been at war for 10 years it's time to get out now.
While our enemies in Afghanistan are the bad guys, are friends there are the bad guys as well.

We went in to get Osama bin Laden who we killed in Pakistan.
The terrorist who attacked us on 9-11 were mostly from Saudi Arabia, not Afghanistan.
But the Bush administration needed to go to war with someone and Bush started 2 wars,
even though the wars had nothing to do with the attack on us.

Now it's 10 years later and 10 trillion dollars in the hole. Neither Iraq or Afghanistan are in
as good a shape as when we started. There is no reason to be there one more day, to spend
one more dollar, or to give one more life to the cause. What will we tell the mothers, fathers,
wives, husbands, daughters, and sons of those who will die there for nothing? Do we not have
an obligation to the future soldiers to at least have a noble cause for them to die for?

When there is no one who can articulate a reason we are there
we have a moral duty to leave. It's time to get out - and do it now.
