Obama said Tuesday that the nation faces a stark economic choice: Continue giving tax breaks
to the nation's wealthiest citizens, or fund programs that help grow the middle class.
"Let me me ask you, what's the better way to make our economy stronger?" Obama asked the crowd.
"Do we give tax breaks to every millionaire and billionaire in the country? Or should we
make investments in education and research and health care and our veterans?"
Exactamente!
That's all he needs to do - keep repeating that.
Maybe throw in, "Clinton did what I propose, and he created 24 million jobs."
Let Dog-on-Roof counter with, "More tax breaks for the super-rich."
The GOP should forfeit this race and start building a foundation for 2016.

Bart, I expected to see you comment about the Tulsa shootings on Monday.
Nothing.
So, I figured you wanted to let a month pass by before commenting,
just like nobody said anything about the Trevon Martin shooting for a month.
But seriously. By Tuesday I was like WTF.
This is a Tulsa story. Don't you have anything to say about a local news story
involving racial hatred being covered in the national news?
Couldn't you at least comment on your restraint from commenting?

By the time I heard it, they'd caught the shooters.
Two dudes went crazy, shot five African-Americans.
Tulsa cops investigating a possible racial motive.
Nothing gets past them.

Trayvon was executed in Sanford, which is roughly 15 miles south of DeLand.
FYI, all the MSNBC shows have been giving extensive coverage to this story, and Kudos
for the extra effort being put in by the Rev. Al Sharpton, whose mother died yesterday,
but he's still going to Sanford to be with the Martin family and many other supporters.

Hillary Clinton spoke bluntly about Syria, North Korea and the death of Osama bin Laden Tuesday,
where as the keynote speaker at the close of a foreign policy conference she revealed that none of those
watching the operation that killed the al Qaeda leader last year "could breathe for 30-35 minutes."
Hillary's most poignant words were about the man responsible for the largest loss of life on American soil
in modern history - Osama bin Laden.
Uh, excuse me, but Der Monkey Fuhrer killed more Americans - by far - than bin Laden.
Just for the record, he killed more Iraqi civilians than Saddam, too.
Hillary recalled how none of the officials in the room watching the operation, including Obama,
"could breathe for 30-35 minutes."
Clinton also reflected on what that announcement meant to those constituents who lost so much on 9/11.
"They could think about the future in a way they hadn't been able to before," she told the students,
smiling as she said that closure made her very pleased.

Bobby Petrino’s deceit about his motorcycle crash and his inappropriate relationship with a hot little honey
half his age has cost him his Arkansas football coaching job and the $21 million left on his contract.
Petrino’s dismissal was announced Tuesday night by Arkansas director of athletics Jeff Long,
the man who hired Petrino to take over as Razorbacks coach for the 2008 season.
With Petrino’s teams going 21-5 over the last two seasons, reaction is certain to be bitter.
Damn right it's bitter.

Tiger Woods arrived at Augusta National as a favorite to win his fifth green jacket.
Instead, he left with his worst score as a pro.
A 74 on Sunday put Woods at 5-over 293 for the Masters, his worst four-round score since 1995.
When he left the course Sunday, he was tied for 41st, the same spot he finished in 1995.
"It was an off week at the wrong time," he said.
Woods never broke par on the course where he was so dominant that Masters officials were accused
of trying to "Tiger-proof" it when they redesigned parts of it. Worse, he was just 1 under for the week
on the par 5s, where he normally collects birdies by the handful.
