Today's Amazing Astrocat Bonus Photo...    Been visiting some of Alaska's tourist hot spots
for my first time yesterday and today (I generally avoid these type of attractions like the plague) the Sealife
Center in Seward and the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center in Portage. So this afternoon I'm taking shots
of a brown bear with my telephoto and the bear walks up really close to the fence and some lady from a tour
bus clutching her 2 year old says "Sorry, am I in your way?"

I said "No, you're okay - it's too close for me to get a shot."
She says "that's because of your fancy stupid lens!"

Both places have great photo ops and I got some really nice shots
but go early in the morning before all the buses arrive! :o)ds - Astrocat, Aug 12, 2011
