Torrential rains earlier this month caused massive mudslides and there
are traffic delays on Cassiar Hiighway.
Two hour waits for passage with the pilot vehicles. Bears everywhere on
the road between Bell and Kitwanga.
The rivers still swollen and churning with impressive standing waves
and whirlpools. The colors have been
absolutely gorgeous all the way down, it makes me wonder why more
people don't travel this time of year.
