My Brush with Greatness
Share|
In the mid-1960's I was working as a secretary in the Atlanta branch of
a large N.Y.
headquartered advertising agency. One day the office manager
brought in a potential client
-- a very nice looking young man with twinkly blue eyes, good
manners and a nice navy suit.
The manager said he was from Savannah,
owned a billboard company and for us to
remember his name as he was going places. And so I shook
hands with Ted Turner.
