Bill Ballance told the story behind this one.
After a wild night of drunken sex with la anima,
he woke up and saw Doc Meng's bondage dog collar on his dresser,
so as a joke he asked her to "fetch the paper."
Doc Meng, completely naked, headed for the front door on all
fours, barking.

Not wanting to get arrested, Ballance yelled for her to at least
put pants on.
Doc Meng yelled back, "I'll wear pants, but I won't zip them up."
