Subject: No such thing as PBA

 Bartcop,

Despite what right-wingers would have us believe, PBA's ("Partial Birth Abortions")
are not a common procedure. In fact, there is actually no such thing as a PBA.
The actual procedure is called "Intact D&E" (Dilation and Extraction(also called "D&X"),
 there is no "birth" involved).
This is usually only performed when the baby is already dead (ie: stillborn) and must
be removed lest it sit there and rot (which could endanger the health of the mother.

Where did the term "PBA" come from, you might ask?
Well.. it's real simple.. back in 1994 when the GOP (Greedy Oil Patriarchs) realized
what an ideologically bankrupt bunch of whores they where, they went in search of
campaign funding, but finding no readily-availble boogeymen they could use to
squeeze money out of their inbred contributors,
(end of the cold war = no more "communist menace" to drum up the $$$)
the decided to make one up.

Enter the little-known procedure of Intact D&E!
... a few hours of strategy spin session later, they had their boogeyman:
Evil Satanist Doctors! Who pried precious little babies out of the womb no less!
Armed with lots of gruesome photos of the poor wittle dead babies
(who were already quite dead before the doctors got there) they marched out into
the world to shake down congregations of religously insane people everywhere.

 Just the facts,
  Ogantai Khan
