How about this Friday night at 9:30 CST?

We're considering a move.
Looks like partypoker.com would let us have a private "room,"
but we can't play cheap tourney's, like $5 or $10 buy-ins.

Rumor has it we CAN do this at primapoker.com

Still checking, we will know soon.

Since our last attempt, they've upgraded their software and now, I think, they have created
private rooms where we can play No Limit Texas Hold Em tournaments with a $6 entry fee - cheap.
 

Let's play a few friendly $6 tourneys and let PartyPoker.com be the referee, purser, etc.
