Subject: Best tasting chicken
ever
I love chicken. But we only have one place in
town and it sucks.
I have a recipe for Mrs. Bart that tastes better
than ANY fried chicken.
Everyone uses my recipe!!
I am sending it to you just in case you want
to say yummm.
Oven Fried Chicken
bone in, skin on chicken pieces

In zip gallon bag, combine:
2 cups flour
3 Tablespoons garlic salt
3 Tablespoons paprika
1 1/2 Tablespoons coarse ground pepper
1 1/2 Tablespoons poultry seasoning
(Use Bell's poultry seasoning in a box
if you can find it)
Oven to 400*
Line cookie sheet with foil, place about
2 teaspoons of butter on foil pan
Place the pan in the oven to melt while you are
shaking
the chicken in the bag (about 4-5 minutes for
the pan)
Rinse chicken with water, shake in bag
Place skin side down for 35 minutes, turn then
25 minutes.
That's it.
I put the excess flour mix in the freezer for
next time.
