Subject: Veterans Prescription Drug Program issues new prices to Veterans
 

 On last Memorial Day the pResident stood on a podium with the American Flags,
 the band, all the pomp and circumstance and ended his oration with "Good Bless
 our Veterans and God Bless America"

 He has just notified the Veterans that he asked God to Bless that they have to pay a
 350% cost increase in their prescription drugs they are now receiving from the VA.

 The programs aids WWII, Korean and Viet Nam veterans mostly, due to age
 and the infirmities that go with old age.This program has been in effect for years

 This is going to be a tough hit for those of us that take more than one drug.
 I myself need five different prescription drugs to help control my asthma,
 emphysema, blood pressure and cholesterol

 Some I have talked some that say they are gong to space out the use of
 their drugs because of this increase, meaning that they will not be taking the
 correct dosage as prescribed by their Doctor. This could prove harmful
 and perhaps life threatening.

 Please use this on your great website and let general public now what this
 administration is doing to its veterans, but please don't identify me.
 It's terrible that a Veteran would have to ask not to be identified for fear of
 reprisal by the Government. It might curtail my benefits. There has been a rumor
 that the administration is going to discontinue the program completely.

 Also, those that are considering enlisting should give action like this consideration.
