"The problem with guns that are hidden is you
can't see their smoke.
We know for a fact that there are weapons
there."
--Ari Fleischer
Ari, I can solve this.
Just have Poppy Bush and Whistle Dick
Cheney show us the Carlyle and
Halliburton invoices that have Saddam's
signature and we'll believe he has them.
Since Bush became president...
The economy has gone to hell
Millions of people have lost
their jobs
Millions of families lost half
of their life savings
Millions of about-to-retire
seniors have had to keep working
The stock market has gone down
like Paula Jones
We donated a spy plane from
the future to China, and begged their forgiveness
saying we were "sorry," "very
sorry," then
"very, very sorry," for getting shot down.
Meanwhile, President Weak & Stupid wondered if those
fighting men had Bibles...
Enron fat cats were driving

Bush declared a war against

September 11th happened after

India and Pakistan almost got

North Korea is threatening us
with nuclear blackmail
...and we have the stupidest president in history.
...and the only thing Bush's paid-for whores in the American media
want to focus on is,
"Who was that mystery blonde caught
talking to Bill Clinton at that party in Manhattan?"
Shocker!!!
Bush
team blames Clinton for N. Korea crisis
If it's bad, blame Clinton. If it's good Reagan or Dubya did
it
Excerpt:
A senior Bush administration official suggested
Saturday that the nuclear crisis with North Korea
was the predictable result of a flawed
1994 agreement signed by the Clinton administration with
Pyongyang that "frontloaded all the benefits
and left the difficult things to the end" -- for the next president.
The comments marked a sharp change of direction
from the administration's insistence that
only North Korea was to blame for the crisis.
Last week, Colin Powell gave "great credit" to
Clinton for freezing North Korea's plutonium
enrichment program with the 1994 Framework.
ha ha
"Bush team blames Clinton?"
That ain't no headline.
"Bush takes responsibility"-
now that's a headline.

Bart, you wanted proof the media is biased to the left?
Subject: Ask and you shall recive....
More David Stockman
Dear Bart:
I think the quote you're talking about came
out of the fine financial writer William Greider
who got the quote on record originally,
in an interview with Stockman when Stockman
was still in the Reagan White House as
the Director of OMB, in the Atlantic Magazine
(the piece was called 'The Education of
David Stockman.'
Stockman said that the 25% reduction in
the lower rates was a Trojan Horse, nothing
they believed in or originally wanted to
do, but that they decided to do as a smoke
screen cover, to get the higher rates cut.
A sop to the people worth very little,
but something to sell them on the plan
overall.
Stockman's telling the truth wasn't well
received by the White House. They had
'the velvet hammer' bully boy James
A. Baker III bring him in to dress him down,
which he did with some colorful Texan swearing,
and told him to go along with the
story that Reagan 'took him out
to the woodshed' and act contrite
(Stockman tells the story in his book. "The
Education of David Stockman" (Dec 1981)
Phil Schuman
So why aren't the Democrats saying this before every camera they
can find?
Cutting taxes for the rich is a scam and it's "inventor"
says so in his own book.
Think how many Democrats would've won their races last November
if they had
pounded home the message, "They're stealing
your Social Security money!"
...but no, our side doesn't want to win.
Bart, I saw this headline:
GOP Touts Tax Cuts to Cure Budget Woes
WASHINGTON (AP) - The only way to close
a growing federal deficit is to
jump-start the economy with another dose
of tax cuts prescribed by Bush, GOP says.
Isn't that like touting leaches as a cure
for a bloody gash?
ha ha
Cabinet warns Blair:
You're
losing the party over Iraq
Excerpt:
"The stark message was delivered to the Prime
Minister last week by three of his most
intimate allies in the Cabinet. Their warning
over the scale of the revolt facing Mr Blair was
supported by a Telegraph survey of Labour
Party constituency chairmen which suggests that
thousands of members will quit the party
if Britain invades Iraq without a specific UN mandate.
Tony's not worried.
His future is secure - when he's pulled from power, he's joining
The Carlyle Group.
He'll make hundreds of millions from the B.F.E.E.,...unless
they decide it's cheaper to whack him.
Damn
lies and statistics
by Molly Ivins
Excerpt:
"According to the Urban-Brookings Tax Policy
Center, the effect of eliminating dividend
taxation is that the average benefit for
those making less than $10,000 would be $6, and
average benefit for those making more than
$1 million would be $45,098. Quick, high-schoolers,
let's practice up for the those SATs by
figuring out by what percentage $45,098 is bigger than $6."
Compare
the plans
It's all we need to know
Excerpt:
Look at Bush's plan for America.
The super-poor get a whopping one percent from Christian
Bush, while the super rich got 17 percent
To the super-poor, who spend the stimulus money, the Dems offer
13
percent to the GOP's 1 percent..
There's no argument here.
Bush and Rush are proud of the fact that the super-rich got the
biggest checks.
But what did it do for the economy?
Black
Angel:
Enemy of the Police State
Excerpt:
We now have a band of ruthless, tyrannical
warmongers in the White House. For those who haven't
yet woken up and smelled the coffee, we
have a de facto dictatorship. President G.W. Bush does not
even RECOGNIZE the Constitution, much less
has he kept his sacred oath to DEFEND it against all
enemies foreign and domestic, so help him
God. And I seriously doubt that God will help him, since he
and his cabal of cronies and minions are
among the most spiritually and morally bankrupt people in
the course of human history. Bush
calls himself a Christian. Say what?!
A Christian, my ass...
By the way,
Wanda
Sykes's comedy special was spec-tacular
This is exactly my kind of humor.
She started hot and got hotter as the hour went on, covering
topics like:
How Bush turned from clown to
smart on September 11th
Condi Rice - "Cain't
no black woman keep a secret."
Enron vs regular muggers "I
cut thru the projects to avoid the Arthur Anderson Bldg"
Martha Stewart, Catholics and
insider trading
Going to a strip club with the
guys.
Sports and why a man's head
is usually empty
Equality in the kitchen and
in the bedroom
Wanda does characters more like Richard Pryor than Chris Rock,
her mentor.
It was a damn funny hour, and only time will tell how it'll stack
up against Pryor's
best and Rock's best, plus she was censored on The Comedy Channel.
HBO, how about a Wanda Christmas Special?
Catch the repeat.
Excerpt:
The Republican ticket is a lock. Bush has
matured into a masterful and commanding leader,
and Dick Cheney is a widely respected policy
heavyweight who has become the most active
VP history. Combine this with high approval
ratings, an untouchable war chest, a friendly
Congress and an upcoming romp to victory
in Iraq, and you've got an unbeatable
combination for four more years ... and
beyond!
Or do you?
Stupid's not a passing thing. Stupid's not
some phase in life, like when you were really into
MC Hammer or when you abused alcohol and
cocaine for twenty years, which you suddenly
recover from and no one is supposed to
talk about anymore. Stupid's forever, my friend,
and you can't get away from it. Stupid
sticks. Stupid shows.
Who said it?
"Hawaii is a unique state.
It is a small state.
It is a state that is by itself.
It is a --it is different from
the other 49 states.
Well, all states are different,

unique situation."

Magic Government Beans
You plant them, water them, pamper them
and pretty soon, you have enough money for
prescription drugs for seniors, enough
for education, and enough to fund two wars and
balance the budget and still have
a tax cut for the richest one percent of Americans.
I traded Clinton's stupid surplus
for the magic war beans.

Quotes
"The 1928 Republican Convention opened with
a prayer. If the Lord

to get it without even asking."
-- Will

Our Broken Courts
Governor Ryan of Illinois - a supporter of the
death penalty made an honest and honorable
decision by commuting the death penalty of Illinois
death row inmates to life in prison.
This act however was not a statement against
the death penalty - but a statement about
our broken an highly corrupt courts.
We Americans like to believe that our courts are
honest and just and that we don't knowingly
kill innocent people. But the fact is - we do.
We take the lives - and not by mistake - of people
who the judges, prosecutors, and police know
are innocent. People who are tortured by police
into confessing to crimes they didn't commit
should not be put to death in order to conceal
misconduct of police, prosecutors, and judges.
This problem is not limited to this one state
but all states across America. Are court systems
are evil and scary - so much so that it is an
abuse of the word "justice" for them to use that
term.
I support the death penalty. I cheered the day
they recycled Timothy McVeigh. I believe mass
murderers should be put to death for their crimes.
But innocent people should not. The problem
is that our courts can not distinguish between
the innocent and the guilty and they are far too
comfortable executing the innocent - even when
they know they are innocent. I am not however
advocating that all states follow Governor Ryan's
lead. I am advocating that we no longer allow
crooked cops, prosecutors, and judges to go unpunished.

And how many people did ENRON hire?
Zero
Instead, they screwed thousands out of their life's savings
and went bankrupt.
Look at that again - Those Enron bastards paid negative
taxes.
Don't you wish you could pay negative taxes?
...and Bush says energy companies need a tax break so they can
hire more people?
Enron made almost as much in tax breaks as they did gouging American
families.
Remember:
Enron made $500 million dollars in one day raping California
families,
and Bush and Cheney refused to step in because they got a
cut!
Why do you stand for this, America?
And where is Tom Daschle?
"But
Bart, Bush is a good president, please don't
accuse him of any wrongdoing. He's my president!"
Reminder:
Bill Clinton's approval ratings during impeachment
were higher than King George's approval numbers are right now.

New answer: I pocketed a large tax

Does The Guardian read bartcop.com?
Bushwhacked
Excerpt:
The worldwide turmoil caused by President
Bush's policies goes not exactly unreported,
but entirely de-emphasised. Guardian writers
are inundated by emails from Americans
asking plaintively why their own papers
never print what is in these columns.
In the American press, day after day, the
White House controls the agenda.
The supposedly liberal American press
has become a dog that never bites,
hardly barks but really loves rolling
over and having its tummy tickled.
Yes!
Someone finally called Bush's good puppy press "the
dog that never bites."
They aren't reporters, they are lapdogs doing their jobs for
the B.F.E.E.
There is no price the B.F.E.E. could pay
to get bartcop.com to roll over.
Should we give up?
Or should we resist?
I say we fight back!
If we had BartCop Radio, supported by pennies-per-day subscriptions,
they
couldn't shut us up.
Let's take the fight to them. Pardon my French, but fuck
a bunch of defense.
Let's go on offense and make their heads spin until they're
too dizzy to lie to us again.
Somewhere, a rich liberal telling themselves,
"This BartCop Radio thing just might be a
hoot.
I should send him a check for $50K
just to see what happens."
We're ready Mr Sorkin, Mr Sheen, Mr Baldwin, Mr Williams,
Ms Streisand!
Of course, you'd have no editorial control, but I think you'll
really like the results.

Subject: Thank *you*
...for running such an awesome website! :)
I was watching the Wanda Sykes special
last night, and laughing my ass off, as soon
as it was over, and I went to make my
donation to your site. I'm sick of the
lies and the bullshit from the Bush administration.
I'm sick of the corporate media feeding us lies
and misinformation and not asking the
hard questions. It's nice to have a website
to go to such as yours where I can find out
what's going on and read what the mainstream
media is afraid to say.
