Did Rove's
Protégé Puff Up Résumé?
by Tulsa's Richard Fricker
consortiumnews.com
Excerpt:
Little Rock's interim U.S. Attorney J. Timothy
Griffin - already at the center of a firestorm over whether
the White House has put politics ahead of prosecutorial
integrity - made claims about his experience as
an Army lawyer that have been put in doubt by
military records.
The 38-year-old Griffin claims on his official
Web site that he prosecuted 40 criminal cases while at Ft. Campbell,
where he was stationed from September 2005 to
May 2006. But Army authorities say Ft. Campbell's records
show Griffin only serving as assistant trial
counsel on three cases, none of which went to trial.
Griffin didn't agree to be interviewed about his
claim of 40 criminal prosecutions versus the Army's confirmation
of three cases, all of which were settled as
plea bargains. But Cherith Beck, a Griffin spokeswoman, suggested
that Griffin's higher number might refer to all
cases he worked on in any capacity.
This is why they inserted the secret "we don't need congressional approval"
clause in Patriot Act II
in the middle of the night - to stack the US Attorney's office with
unqualified Facsists that are loyal to
"the Bushies" and Karl Rove and not the United States.

attempt to arrest Karl Rove
whoreNBC
Karl Rove has been breaking the law.
He's using an e-mail server run by the RNC instead
of the official Whitehouse.gov server.
That way, when Congress or a judge demands "all
emails" about a subject like the crooked firing
and hiring of cronies to be US Attorneys, Rove's
emails won't be a part of the official criminal record.
The students at American University found out
and tried to arrest him for these crimes, but you wouldn't
know that by reading whore NBC's account of the
events because the primary job of NBC News is
to protect the illegal sons of bitches who are
raping America and the world.

Beautiful Dining Room Tables
We are in the business of selling beautiful dining
room tables.
They are made from 100% real midwestern hardwoods, in the old- fashioned
style.
Our dining room furniture is build very solidly, is very well-made,
and is intended to last longer than the hardwood trees it's created
from.
We encourage you to check out our guide

Bart, just got through BCR
Show 109 while riding my
bike.
Nothing better than to ride along Lake Washington
in the spring, listening to BCR.
Leno beatdown was good, Maher clips were excellent.
Page guitar was great.
Paul
Bart, just finished BCR
Show 111 and it was great.
The best part was the "conversation" between
Mike Malloy and you about Hillary.
Neither one of you had to swear or impugne the
character of the other.
Mike made his points, you made yours and you
remain buddies.
The whole debate should be like that. We
have to remember the Hillary, Obama
and Edwards are not and should not be the enemies;
the Republicans are.
Something to keep in mind about Fred Thompson
(Tennessee Tuxedo):
He would be a willing puppet for the Fascists.
Tom
Bart, add my voice to the glad throng who are
enjoying the latest radio rants...excellent stuff there dude.
I liked the movie reviews, though my favorite
bits are the more political parts, responding to editorial letters
and talking back to shit stories in the media.

keep fighting his civil war, keep escalating in the face
of disaster, even if every American
soldier has to die for his folly. And if you don't want Bush killing
all of our soldiers recklessly, then
you're the one who's "undercutting the troops." You see, in order
to show your support for the troops,
you need to kill them. That's how Republicans support the troops.
Bush let our injured troops sleep in
their own urine. He left them unattended while maggots infested
their open wounds. That's how Bush supports
our troops. It's all about the ego of an under-achieving
spoiled brat. It's time to take away

An experienced Republican operative said it all
last week. After denouncing the amazing irresponsibility
of the Democratic Congress, after lamenting the
refusal of much of the media to report progress from Iraq,
after noting the apparent incompetence of the

Subject: Gore in 2000
Ya know Bart, I hate the pink tutus as much as
you.
And I didn't like the Gore campaign, the way
it was run.
But as far as him surrendering, I'm not sure what
could have been done after the Supremes gave it to Jr.
I would have like to have seen some leg-breakers
down there beating up those repug operatives,
but I don't know what else could have been done
after the Supremes stopped the recount.
Kerry is another deal altogether.
James T
James, the bottom line is Gore wanted to play fair and Bush wanted to
win.
The GOP flew planeloads of thugs to Florida while Gore told Dems to
stay away.
That way, the TV cameras showed "the people" rallying only
for Bush.
You're right - after they gave it to Bush all was lost, so why didn't
Gore
fight harder for his victory while everything was still up in the air?
The entire campaign, Gore refused to address or answer his critics.
He paid a lady $10K a month to tell his what color shirt to wear.
Maybe that's false, but Gore let the idea stand, like 100 others.
Once or twice, Gore mentioned that women would lose Roe vs Wade once
Bush
stacked the Whore Court with Fascist pigs, but he never used that BIG
HAMMER.
He just didn't want to win - same as Kerry - and look where we are because
of that.

We've heard of the pull that a combat soldier has for his unit. We've
heard the stories,
"I had to go back, my time was up,
but brothers were there."
How does that pull rank against a soldier's wife and kids?
And why have I never read an article
that addresses that?
Note: I'm not attacking, I'm asking.
If I was in a war and someone saved my life, I'd be damn grateful,
but I don't want to live with my rescuer, I want to live with Mrs Bart.
What is it about combat then sends the testosterone gushing to a level
at which a man
(women don't suffer from this?) would rather die than appear weak in
the eyes of his unit?
The subject is many decades old:
What causes a young man to charge a machine gun?
Isn't that a reason why war should be the last resort, instead of some
spoiled
little snot-nosed bastard wanting to steal everything that everyone
else has?
Subject: a vet's response
Perhaps this falls within your classification
of Monkey Mail but I am compelled to respond.
Your comment of "Bush's
quagmire is turning decent men into cold-blooded killers"
relative to SGT Mitchell's experience, is shallow,
myopic and shows little understanding
of the piano most of us combat vets carry regardless
of whose quagmire it is.
I never claimed to know what it's like for a combat
veteran.
I had the misfortune of finding my captured, best
friend's body--shown off like a trophy for all to see,
hanging upside down and covered with bugs with
sheets of flesh torn down over his head. That was the
most gruesome sight I had ever beheld and I have
to tell you, something snapped inside...I can't explain it.
But implicit in SGT Mitchell's comment, my regard
for the enemy's quality of life hit an all-time low and I
went out of my way to inflict pain and suffering
and make those bastards pay for what they did to my buddy.
Sounds like you were suffering from PTSD.
And SGT Mitchell, like his predecessors will become
a life-long recovering wild man as a result of not running,
but simply doing his duty. Don't tell me that
none of this would have happened had we not invaded Iraq.
Like it or not...like Bush or not...like his
policy or not, this is the price of freedom which we bear.
No, our soldiers aren't fighting for "freedom"
in Iraq.
Iraq was powerless against us. Bush invaded to
steal their oil.
Someone's got to stand to post when your country
calls. To singularly blame it on Bush, is a compliment to
all combat vets who have/are putting it on the
line for you and an insult which you do not deserve.
Best regards,
CC in FL

Excerpt:
The Constitution give Congress the power to regulate
commerce with foreign nations, declare war,
raise and support armies, provide and maintain
a navy, regulate the armed forces, organize, arm,
and discipline the militia, and call them forth
to resist invasions.
In contrast, it gave the President only two unilateral
powers in foreign affairs: the chief executive was
designated the commander-in-chief of the armed
forces and militia (narrowly construed so as not to
imply that the chief executive was commander-in-chief
of the nation), and was allowed to receive
foreign ambassadors and ministers.
The President was allowed to make treaties with
foreign nations and nominate U.S. ambassadors and
high foreign policy officials, but these actions
were both subject to congressional approval with an
overwhelmingly large two-thirds majority vote.
Clearly, the framers wanted the Congress to be the
dominant branch in foreign policy, as with most
other aspects of governance.

Tyme Hosting is owned by Marc
Perkel, who first put Bartcop on the Internet back in 1996 and
keeps Bartcop online today.
Marc hosts several
other political sites including American
Politics Journal, Political
Strikes, Faux
News Channel, Seeds
of Doubt and interesting sites like the
Church
of Reality - a religion based on believing in everything that is
real.
Our motto for
this year is - "No Anti-Bush Site Left Behind".
So - if you have an anti-bush site and you are choking on hosting
fees or dealing with threats - let us know and we'll help keep you online.
We also
have that strongest server side spam filtering on the planet.
