"You know there's a problem when your top strategist's
behavior makes Bush and Rove look like paragons
of ethics." -- Arianna in a Huff, Link
When they spew an accusation this crazy, it's gotta be
Rush or Arianna Huffington.
Can Arianna be taken seriously after such
a wild-ass accusation?
Hillary's people are so crooked, so
crazy and of course, so guilty of a million murders,
that keeping Republicans in office is better than the Democrats'
choice for president?
Bush and his cronies have emptied the Treasury, started WWIII
and killed almost 4000 soliders
and perhaps a millionm Iraqis, but Hillary's people are so bad - are
you ready for this?
- "they make Bush's goons look like paragons of ethics."
Now, we all know Arianna would never lie or exaggerate... (cough)
I wonder if Arianna could sell us a copy of Jerry Falwell's
"The Clinton Chronicles," where they detail allllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll
the murders Hillary commissioned in Arkansas?
Can Arianna be taken seriously after such
a wild-ass accusation?
"Hillary's people make Bush's thugs look like
paragons of ethics?"
Wait - is Arianna is working FOR the Hillary
campaign?
What other conclusion makes sense?
What else could cause her to make such
a nutty-ass accusation?
"Hillary's people make Bush's thugs look like
paragons of ethics?"
To make a charge that nutty, she's
gotta be working for Hillary.
Note: Be sure to read the letters
that follow Arianna's ridiculous accusations.
Just like Kos, they alllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll
agree with her.
I can't get 80% of my readers to agree that
the sun is bright and hot,
so how do Kos and Arianna get 100% of their
readers
to agree with something that's just not
true?
Sidebar: I was told Arianna borrowed $7-8M to start
wehateclintons.com Who loaned her that money?
Under what conditions was the loan aproved?
In other words - who does she work for?
Who's pulling the strings at wehateclintons.com?
And why do they hate the Clintons more
than the BFEE?
Excerpt: After the new disclosure that the Bush administration
misled Congress and the public about its secret torture policies,
one question that begs to be asked is: why not
impeachment of George W. Bush and Dick Cheney, finally?
For the past year, Democratic leaders have ruled
the question "off the table," but their strategy of seeking bipartisanship
to end the Iraq War obviously has failed. So,
the hard choice may be either to start impeachment proceedings
or accept that the United States is no longer
a Republic governed by the rule of law.
Excerpt: A reporter noticed something missing from Obama's
jacket lapels.
"You don't have the American flag pin on. Is that
a fashion statement?" the reporter asked Wednesday.
"Those have been on politicians since Sept. 12,
2001."
Obama says he no longer wears such a pin, at least
in part, because of the Iraq War.
"You know, the truth is that right after 9/11,
I had a pin," Obama said. "Shortly after 9/11, particularly because
as we're talking about the Iraq War, that became
a substitute for I think true patriotism, which is speaking out
on issues that are of importance to our national
security, I decided I won't wear that pin on my chest.
"Instead," he said, "I'm going to say what I believe
will make this country great,
and hopefully that will be a testimony to my
patriotism."
This is a mistake that a lacking-experience newbie candidate might make.
Of course, he's right, but that's not what they'll say about him.
If Obama were our front-runner, the whore networks and the Talk Radio
nazis would say
Obama won't wear the flag because "he's ashamed
to be an American" and
"blah, blah, blah."
Why hand them an issue that says, "I hate my
country?" The down side is easier to see than Arianna's ego from space.
What's the upside of dissing the flag during a political campaign?
While Lieberman was a thorn previous to the election,
he wasn't quite (yet) the "bend over and give it to me again" slave
boy for the Thug-in-Chief.
While I didn't like him, Lieberman was a logical
choice because it countered the "Gore is Clinton"
spin the Right was attempting to shove down our
collective throats on a daily basis.
Did it work? No, because at that point we really
didn't know just how much of a traitor he really was.
Many of thought Lieberman had sided with the
terroristic, homicidal Right because of his traditional
Jewish values over mostly a sex scandal. We didn't
know that he would open up his own whorehouse
for Neo Cons with himself as the main leg spreading
wench.

Bush was again defending his torture policy after
it turns out that there were secret memos
to keep on torturing after he had issued public
orders not to torture. Of course he can't reveal
the secret memos because they are after all secret.
Bush says, "this government does not torture people."
We're supposed to just believe him
because somehow not believing the Bush's lies
helps "the enemy", whoever that is.
It makes me wonder if the people who own the rights
to George Orwell's books "Animal Farm"
and "1984" could sue Bush for copyright infringement.

Who is to say that all these "reputable national
polls" aren't already corrupted?
You think all the national polls are corrupted?
Do you dislike her candidacy that much?
I fear it could be that Hillary is abhorrent to
many people (often for the wrong reasons, granted),
and that the Rovers believe that a combination
of hyping her in phony "polls" and "caging"
Democrat-leaning districts and rigging via Diebold
et al. will result in yet another stolen election.
You think Hillary's going to conceed before the
polls close, like Kerry did?
We're talking about Hillary Clinton, Bill's wife,
right?
You keep saying, "She's the frontrunner," but
that doesn't do it for me, because I don't believe the polls.
I think Clinton did OK because he wasn't terrible,
not because he was great. I would expect no more
than that from his wife. And, yeah, OK would
be pretty nice right about now, in the midst of an incoming
Apocalypse, but I think we can, and must, do
much better. Let's draft President Gore, so that he can
begin serving the people who elected him...
Bob in Prague
Bob, I keep hearing that, but why do you think candidate Gore would
be any different
from candidates Hillary, Obama or Edwards when it came to Issue #1
- the war?
Excerpt: Twenty years ago, Oral Roberts stole millions
from his idiot sheep by saying God appeared to him and told him
to raise $8 million for Roberts' university,
or else God would take his life. How stupid do you have to be to
think
God would strong-arm some Okie monkey to steal
money? Why does God need money?
Now, his crooked son, Richard Roberts, says God
is speaking again, telling him to deny lurid allegations in a lawsuit
that threatens to engulf this 44-year-old Bible
Belt college in scandal. Richard Roberts is accused of illegal involvement
in a local political campaign and lavish spending
at donors' expense, including numerous home remodeling projects,
use of the university jet for his daughter's
senior trip to the Bahamas, and a red Mercedes convertible and a Lexus
SUV for his wife, Lindsay.
She is accused of dropping tens of thousands of
dollars on clothes, awarding nonacademic scholarships to friends
and sending text messages on university-issued
cell phones in the middle of the night to "underage males."
Locally, they're running student interviews where they say,
"I guess I need to tranfer to a school with
Christian values."
Excerpts: Bush defended his administration's methods of
kidnapping and torturing suspects, saying both are successful and lawful.
"When we find somebody who may have information
regarding a potential attack on America, you bet we're going to
fry that guy's balls to see what he knows," he
said during a hastily called Oval Office appearance. "The American people
expect us to fry balls to find out information,
actionable intelligence so we can help protect them. That's our job."
Bush volunteered his thoughts about two secret
2005 memos that authorized torture against any and all suspects.
"This government does not torture people," the
president said. "And when we do, it's for legitimate reasons."
Meanwhile, Carl Levin demanded a copy of a third
Justice Department memo justifying torture from 2005.
"Because Hillary can't hide her viciousness
behind a mask of lip-biting insincerity, she instead has erected a massive network
of battle hardened operatives to do the 'tooth and claw' bit for her."

Excerpt: Bush's Sexcretary of State Condoleezza Rice ordered
federal agents on Friday to ride with
Blackwater USA escorts of U.S. diplomatic convoys
in Baghdad to tighten oversight (Stop
laughing!)
after a shooting in which private guards are
accused of killing 13 Iraqi civilians.
She also ordered video cameras installed in Blackwater
vehicles.
The steps will require the State Department to
deploy dozens of additional in-house Diplomatic Security
agents to accompany Blackwater guards and are
the first in a series of moves Rice is expected to take
to boost control of contractors the agency relies
on to protect diplomats in Iraq.
It seems Blackwater is essential to whatever Bush is doing in Iraq that
we can't know about.
Is Blackwater guarding Bush's precious secret pipleine to Kuwait?
Is that why Iraq's "not worth it" without Blackwater?
"During the Clarence Thomas Nightline interview,
they did something that just astounded me. Thomas talked about how Democratic Senators
smiled in his face and lied to him and ABC ran footage of Joe Biden smiling in slow motion
while 'Smiling Faces' played in the background. It was propaganda and not news."
-- E-mail review of the powderpuff Clarence Thomas interviews, Link
You'd think that wild-ass accusation would anger Joe Biden,
but he's a Democrat, so he doesn't get angry at Whore ABC.
"CBS and '60 Minutes,' they really ought to
be ashamed of themselves. Because you get another example of debased journalism where there's
no Socratic energy, no tough questions raised. I don't want to demonize Thomas, but he needs
to be criticized, and they presented this story as if those of us who are critics, Black, White,
Red, or whatever, have no good reasons to be critical of him siding with the strong against the
weak and the powerful against the relatively powerless." -- Princeton professor
Cornel West,
"An era can be considered over when its basic
illusions have been exhausted." -- Arthur Miller
Does that apply to a nation's life span?
Maybe that 25-33% who still back Bush and his
theft of life, liberty and the pursuit
of happiness are actually the only propping up
our sacred way of life.......bittersweet, isn't it?
Excerpt: Pete Domenici last week became the fifth Republican
senator to announce his retirement.
Larry Craig, whose arrest in an airport men's
room has embarrassed his party, is retiring, too.
And the Senate isn't the GOP's only problem.
The situation on the other side of the Capitol has drawn
fewer headlines but is no less dramatic. A spate
of retirement announcements in the House has left
the outlook for the Grand Old Party there looking
equally bleak.
The exodus has dashed GOP hopes because the party
will now have to divert its funds toward
keeping those seats. "Republicans will have to
take a few steps back before they can move forward,"
says David Wasserman of the Cook Political Report.
"Republicans will now be defending open seats."
I understand even more GOP senators are going to retire,
rather than do an about-face and criticize Bush's bloody quagmire.
I'm worried that the Washington establishment,
supported by our whore media,
is pushing Hillary as the front runner and Obama
as runner-up because they think
that will rouse their base and those repugs thinking
of voting for a democrat.
They are hoping they will cast their vote AGAINST
a woman or a black
even if they aren't that excited about the repug
nominee.
Just thinking about it,
smatta
You think the media is "pushing" Hillary as the front-runner?
In some pools, she's 30 points ahead of whoever is #2.
I think after 8 years of the worst president
ever,
America would vote for anybody just to get rid of the son of a bitch.
"Are you married, Kathy? Do you have a boyfriend? Oh -- do you still love your husband?
Well, that's unique and great."

I wish I had a dollar for every person who wrote
to tell me that.
Secondly, HRC is not leading Obama and Edwards
by the margins you list.
Those are the meaningless national polls.
Well sure, if you don't like Hillary, all polls
are meaningless.
We haven't even had the first primary yet.
It's still early enough to back the person you
think is the best,
not the one you think might be able to win.
Check out the margins in Iowa and New Hampshire,
and you'll see HRC's lead evaporate or at least
much smaller.
Joe
Joe, just keep your wallet in your pants and you'll be OK.
Excerpt: What do these Iowa polls mean? Probably nothing
right now. They are however, dramatically different
than the national polls and that should be unsettling
for the Clinton campaign in particular because there
similar numbers coming out of New Hampshire.
Here lies the danger of anointing a front runner
so early. With a loss in either Iowa or New Hampshire
the Clinton juggernaut would be severely wounded.
A loss, no matter what national polls and her handlers say,
would create a huge uphill battle similar to
what happened to Howard Dean in 2004.

Bekaye, I have a lot of bad things to say about Jay Leno...
But I must say one thing nice about Jay Leno.
He keeps giving work to has-been comedians, putting food on their families,
these old comics
who otherwise can't find work, can't get a job - like Gilbert Godfried,
Carrot Top and Dennis Miller.
If it wasn't for Leno those guys would be bagging groceries.
