"Some day people are going to look back and
say, 'Thank God there was a generation that did not lose faith ... because
the Middle East is a place free of suiciders."
-- Der Schimpanse with another prediction of how history will judge
his crimes and errors Link
Hey Monkey, I have a prediction, too.
The Middle East will have no more suiciders
only after they have all killed each other.
Meanwhile, how many thousands more soldiers will die trying to
stop them?
Excerpt: Six years ago, eight news organizations published
the findings of their unofficial recount of Florida's disputed ballots.
The recount had discovered that Gore would have
won Florida if all legally cast votes were counted.
However, just two months after the 9/11 attacks,
the news organizations chose to conceal the obvious
"Gore Won" lead, apparently putting their sense
of "patriotism" over journalistic professionalism.
Rather than tell already-shaken Americans that
the wrong man was in the White House, the big news outlets
- including the New York Times, the Washington
Post and CNN - structured their stories around hypothetical
recounts that would have excluded some legal
votes and thus still would have resulted in a Bush "victory."
To further protect Bush's "legitimacy" amid the
9/11 crisis, the news organizations mocked those who
challenged these carefully structured stories
as "Gore partisans" or "conspiracy theorists."
Even today, some Americans angrily object when
they read references we make to Gore's Florida victory.
They remember that day six years ago when the
news organizations sold the case for Bush's legitimacy.
There are 100 things to remember about that night, but don't forget
that they already called it for Gore.
Then Bush called reporters to his hotel and "guaranteed" them he was
going to win.
Then HIS COUSIN called Bush the winner for FOX NEWS and the other networks
being the sheep and whores that they are, went with Bush's "victory"
and then they covered
mobs in the street demanding that Al Gore move out of his place of
residence.
ALL the networks did that, like good little employees.
They called Gore "insane" and said Bush was the best man for the toughest
job on Earth.
Excerpt: A long-sought suspect in the slaying of Wall
Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl was secretly detained
and interrogated by U.S. and Pakistani intelligence
agencies ...before he died earlier this year.
The revelation about the suspect, Saud Memon,
suggests that the interrogation may have played a role
in his death, say lawyers and human-rights advocates
who have accused the Bush Fascist of colluding
with Islamabad in illegally arresting and detaining
scores of suspected terrorists since 9-11.

Bart, you asked a question about Bill Maher something
like "What do the 9/11 truthers want from Bill Maher?"
and I wanted to reply to that. We're
mad at him for smearing us.
Calling us kooks and liars and despicable people,
when we are trying to find out what really happened.
I personally am falling out of love with Bill
Maher not just for his anti-9/11 stance,
but for his stance on marriage and food.
(I'm pro both.)
Anyway, looking forward to Bartfest Tulsa.
Love,
Tracy the PhD
I think Bill Maher is upset with the -11 crowd who follows him from
city to city to protest
and that's the part neither he nor I understand - why are they picking
on Bill Maher?
Surely you wouldn't want Bill to say, "I agree with you guys" if he
doesn't, right?
As far as marriage, he's dating super-models every night.
I can see him getting tired of that after 30-40 years :)
As far as food, he's a Vegan, nothing wrong with that is there?
Of all the celebs, Maher is the most outspoken on our screwed up pot
laws.
That earns him a lot of points in my book.
Excerpt: More than a dozen members of an antiwar veterans
group were arrested yesterday as they protested the
exclusion of their message from Boston's Veterans
Day parade.Members of Veterans for Peace lined up
in front of a podium at City Hall Plaza holding
antiwar placards, as color guards from Massachusetts military
units and JROTC bands from across the state filed
into Government Center for a ceremony, sponsored by
the American Legion, to honor veterans after
the parade. Some protesters wore gags, which they later said
symbolized the fact that, while they were permitted
to march in the parade, they were prevented from
carrying signs opposing the war in Iraq.
"We were exercising our First Amendment rights,"
said Winston Warfield of Dorchester, a member of the group.
"The First Amendment protects free speech, even
when you don't agree with what's being said."
When Boston police asked the demonstrators to
move from the front of the podium so that the Veterans Day
services could continue, they refused. As the
Boston Firemen's Band played The Marine Hymn, several
protesters were placed in plastic handcuffs and
led away.
"Our free speech and civil rights are being abridged
here," said Nate Goldschlag, a Vietnam-era veteran
who was among those standing in front of the
podium. "We are veterans, too, and we should be allowed
to express our opposition to this war."
"I think we saw in 2006 that the Republicans

It's like the Republicans can't go 24 hours without a penis in their

Are they addicted to the penises of strange men they meet in dark places?
Like Aquaman and water, if they don't have a penis at least once a day
- they might die.
So why does the religious right suck-up to these law-breaking, penis-loving,
nancyboy Republicans?
Excerpt: U.S. consumers could pay record gasoline prices
for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday with pump costs
expected to climb another 20 cents over the next
two to three weeks, the Bush government warned on Monday.
Guy Caruso, who heads the U.S. Energy Information
Handjob Administration, said not all of the recent jump in
crude oil prices has been reflected in motor
fuel costs which now top $3 a gallon in many parts of the country,
about 80 cents more than a year ago.
"We haven't seen the full pass-through (of high
oil prices) yet," Caruso said, startling Bush's eager-beaver reporters.
"I would say what's in the pipe right now (for
gasoline) is about another 20 cents."
If the projected gasoline price materializes it
would be the most consumers have ever had to pay Bush
to fill up at Thanksgiving and could break the
all-time high of $3.22 a gallon set last May, also under Bush.
Gas gas jumped 25 cents since mid-October, reflecting
the insatiable BFEE greed, soaring crude oil costs,
which for U.S. oil hit a record $98.62 a barrel
last week and be on the lookout for f-ing $125 oil this winter.
The price of crude accounts for oil man greed,
but the Democrats refuse to call them on it.
Caruso said high prices are the result of BFEE
greed, strong global oil demand and tight supplies.
"There's very little cushion in the market ...
consumption is outpacing production," he lied.
"We've seen steadily declining (oil) inventories."
Why refine oil at $90 when you can refine it at
$125?

I've finally had it with the Ed Schultz Show,
which actually is the top rated progressive talk show.
I've shut him down, and will be promoting the
idea of tuning his show out.
He's now fully joined Huffington with his glee
and his zeal for body-slamming Hillary Clinton.
You can hear the joy in his voice peal across
the airwaves as he spends segment after segment
on his show, ripping Hillary to pieces over this.
As Huffington does on her blog.
You've been right about this for a long time.
Hillary's greatest enemy is her own party.
The frontrunner - the best chance ever to insure
that a Republican or Libertarian will not reign
in the Oval Office for another destructive 4
years - is being torn asunder by "Democrats".
We've reached an emergency situation in the Executive.
One that requires fast fixing.
And the one lined up to do just that is being
submarined by jealous blabbermouths like Schultz and Huffington.

"Giuliani faulted Bill Clinton for having weakened
the American military. "Our military is too small to deal with the Islamic terrorism threats,
but it really is too small to deter would-be aggressors to even think of challenging us. And that's due
to Bill Clinton," he said. Steve Benen responds, "Does this make any sense? Bush has stretched
the military to the breaking point," but acknowledging this would mean holding Bush
"to account for his irresponsible policies. What to do? Blame Clinton of course." -- Think Progress, Link
If Clinton weakened the military, what steps did Bush take before
9-11 to fix this?
The answer is Bush took no steps because the military was just fine.
They're angry because every soldier Clinton sent into combat came
home alive
but Bush has killed more soldiers than bin Laden killed Americans
on 9-11.
So a whore like Rudy only has one choice - he makes shit up.

That is precisely the sort of cozy rationalization
that Schumer and his colleagues have used so many times
to back down from a confrontation with Bush.
The truth is, Mr. Mukasey is already in the grip of that
'extreme ideology.' If he were not, he could
have answered the question about waterboarding. "
The New York Whore Times helped Bush get elected.

and now they say Bush is ruining our country
with extremists?
Why couldn't they just tell the truth?
Isn't that what a newspaper should do?

"Democrats had a moment after the 2006 election,
but now that moment has passed. They've squandered it. They have demonstrated
both the inability and unwillingness to govern. Instead, after more than a decade in the congressional
minority, they reflexively look for short-term partisan advantage and attempt

Easy there, Heinrich, you're not making

why hasn't your Monkey been impeached?

Howdy Bart, and thanks for Show 129 - lots of
laughs because it was LOTS OF BART.
Remember, the Mo' Bart, the Mo' Better!
You don't need a dozen clips of other people's
stuff, just grab that USA WhoreToday and start reading.
Your original style is what I subscribed for.
And the Ann Coulter parody was pretty clever too.
And just a thought - I don't think you need to
get too hung up the show length - my guess is that most of us
either listen on the computer, download the mp3
and put it some portable player, or in my case keep a
Bart mp3 CD that I play in the car. It's got
the last 8 shows on it and there's room for a bunch more.
So if the show is 85-90 minutes, no biggie.
I'll bet that the people who burn each show to
a separate CD is a small one.
Some gay people might get offended by things like
the comparison of the "give blow jobs" v. "get blow jobs" cr*p.
I know I was. Sometimes my fellow liberals
are too ready to attack their Republican enemies using homophobia
as the mud they sling. But then again,
I may just be overly sensitive.
PR
You have a point, and I brought up that subject
up since Larry Craig got caught. The difference is,
if someone calls a Democrat "Gayboy,"
they just laugh and that's all there is to it.
But when you call a Republican gay, they go bat-shit
crazy and steam comes off their head and they cry.
Calling a Republican "gay" is like callling a
Democrat a Republican. It really, really hurts them. To the
GOP,
being gay is the worst thing possible, but then they get caught doing
you-know-what again and again.
I'm sorry you're taking a hit on those jokes, but it seems to be working.
The Fascist bastards seem to have completely lost their "family values"
veneer.
I read yesterday that condemning gays just isn't the big issue it used
to be in 2004.
