"This is how it works, folks. Wingnuts
put something "out there" -- Obama is a Muslim spy. Hillary
is fucking
her female Arab assistant. John Edwards had an affair. It doesn't have to
be true; it doesn't even have to have
anything to it other than what's pulled out of wingnut ass. All Republicans
have to do is put something "out there"
and out-and-out lies become just an "alternative view" deserving
of equal time to facts because facts have a liberal bias.
Meanwhile, Rudy Giuliani DOES have ties to
terrorists by having a government that harbored Khalid Sheikh
Muhammed as a business client, and it's nowhere to be found in either the
Washington Post or the New York Times.
This is the kind of campaign journalism we're
going to get until November 2008:
Republicans good. Democrats bad. Rumors true. Facts false."

Of course, Jill is 100% correct.
FOX Whore News will spew these lies 24/7/365 and the left has no network
to answer with the thuth.
The CNN whores will say, "It might be true, we'll give you both sides," which
gives the lies credibility.
The only thing we have left is the internet, so PLEASE support those who
are telling the truth.

Yet the Right still whines about "how leftist" this

Well before it was publicly known he was seeing her, Rudy Giuliani provided
a police driver and city car
for his whore Judith Nathan, former senior city officials tell the Blotter
on ABCNews.com.
"She used the PD as her personal taxi service," said
one former city official who worked for Giuliani.
New York papers reported in 2000 that the city had
provided a security detail for Nathan, who became
Giuliani's third wife after his current wife, Donna Hanover, found out that
Rudy was dumping her by
watching his news conference on TV. Hanover had her own police security detail
at the same time.
So New York taxpayers were paying for Rudy's car, driver and security, while
paying for
his wife's car, driver and security, while paying for his whore's car, driver
and security.
Is this the kind of sexually-salacious corruption we need at

A Senate chairman acknowledged explicitly that Bush was not involved in the

Patrick Leahy (D-Rubberstamp) directed Bolten, Rove,

their subpoenas for documents and information about the White House's role
in the firings of U.S. attorneys.
"I hereby rule that those claims are not legally
valid to excuse current and former White House employees
from appearing, testifying and producing documents related to this investigation," Leahy
wrote. To prove
he was serious this time, Leahy put several exclamtion points in his very
hot letter to the White House.
But Senator, the White House just laughs at you because you're so pathetic.
They know you talk a decent game, but you never take any meaningful action.
Every time you "demand" an answer, they laugh and tell you to, "Go
fuck yourself,"
then you write another letter with another demand that they just laugh at
once again.
I assume they start laughing when they see your name on the envelope.
Are you ever going to take meaningful action?
Or are you just here to rubber-stamp every frucking bad idea Bush has?

A Roman Catholic nun pleaded no contest yesterday to two counts of indecent
behavior with a child in
accusations from the 1960s when she was a principal and teacher at a Catholic
school in Milwaukee.
She faces up to 20 years in prison for what prosecutors say was sexual abuse
of two male students.
Although dozens of nuns have
been accused of sexual abuse, Sister Giannini is one of the first to face
charges.
Mary Pat Fox, president of Voice of the
Faithful, said she hoped the case would encourage
more victims of nuns to come forward. “I think this is the tip of the
iceberg,” Ms. Fox said.
According to the complaint, Sister Giannini
repeatedly assaulted the two boys at St. Patrick School.
The assaults included intercourse and occurred in numerous locations, including
a convent and a classroom.

Joe Biden CLAIMS he will move to impeach Bush if he bombs Iran without first
gaining congressional approval.
"The president has no authority to unilaterally attack Iran, and if he
does, as Foreign Relations Committee chairman,
I will move to impeach," said Biden, whose words were followed by a
raucous applause from the local audience.
Joe, you don't have the power to impeach - that starts in the
House, remember?
Biden is meeting with constitutional
law experts to prepare a legal memo to send it to the president.
When local resident Joel Carp asked Biden
why not impeach now, given what has already been done,
Biden said it was a valid point, but might not be constitutionally valid
and potentially counterproductive.
A case for impeachment must have clear evidence, Biden said.
But Joe, to do expect "evidence" to knock on your
door?
You have to investigate, like a detective, to obtain evidence.
On Law & Order, when they get
a call that a murder has been committed,
do they sit back in their chairs and wait for "evidence" to come
to them?
No, they get off their fat, lazy asses and FIND THE DAMN EVIDENCE.
Stop making pointless threats and TAKE SOME ACTION, will you?

Concerning your comments about a break-in
at your house and your response -- good onya.
I'm a Democrat and take no static from
anyone about it, and I don't take any part in the philosophy that
holds that guns are evil and we need to eradicate them from our society.
We can get along fine with guns
(and other things like knives) if we just respect them for what they are
and respect the rights of others.
Guns won't hurt us by themselves.
If you have weapons in your home and
also have little kids -- do the sensible thing and make sure everything
is secure from prying fingers. Gun control is just that -- controlling your
guns, don't ever forget that.
I'm tired of Democrats automatically
giving up on the gun issue. The other side knows they can divert
everyone's attention by using this as a wedge issue.
There are laws on the books to help prevent
people from getting guns who shouldn't have them.
But we all know that they end up getting them anyway; in that case, I want
to be armed for my
own protection and for my family. Self-defense is a personal responsibility,
folks.

"Anyone
who lived in New York under Giuliani has to be befuddled that his candidacy

in its earliest stages. Yes, he was a calming presence in the immediate aftermath
of 9/11 - but that was

Does Rudolph Giuliani have some dirt on the press corps? How else to explain
the free pass journalists have
repeatedly granted him on stories that would threaten to sink less-favored
candidates, particularly Democratics?
The media’s pro-Giuliani bias,
which began with its heavy investment in mythmaking around his 9-11 role
and
his media acclamation as 'America’s Mayor', continues largely because
he is hawkish, fiscally conservative and
somewhat more centrist on social issues like abortion and gay rights. In
other words, the former mayor, despite
his myriad scandals, faux pas and nefarious associations, fits the mainstream
media ideal for a presidential
candidate more closely than any other contender.
No need for Rudy to blackmail or coerce
members of the press into docility when they go along so willingly.
If you're so afraid of waking up to breaking
glass and what you'll do about
it with your gun that is 22 times more likely to harm you or your loved ones,
You ought to move to someplace safer,

Stu, I haven't heard from you in years, welcome back.
I remember you used to make sense... :)
Did I say I was afraid of waking up to
breaking glass?
In 1987, I was behind the bar at the Hard Rick Island when a drunken biker,
who could kick my ass faster than Lou Dobbs can slur a Mexican, demanded
that I give his drunk ass adrink or he was coming behind the bar to get me.
He got his drink and I've been armed every day since
then.
Years later at a super-cheap hotel in
Dallas, some handjob started beating on our door
with enough force to make me think the door wouldn't hold, so I pointed my
Glock at
that hotel door keeping in mind that I would not shoot someone
in uniform. I remember
feeling a sense of calmness and relief that I wasn't helpless and at some
handjob's mercy.
The door held, he eventually stopped pounding and went
away.
If you're ever in that same sirtuation,
I'm sure the intruder/rapist/madman would be
very interested in what kind of doors you have on your apartment back in
the Bronx.
I hope your family never writes to me to say, "Bart,
you were right."

I’m not yet committed but if Edwards
can be believed in this statement…
"I believe there's a fight
in front of us. I don't believe that the defense contractors, the oil
companies,
the pharmaceutical companies, et cetera, are going to give up their power
willingly and I don't think we
can sit around a table and be nice to them and they're going to relinquish
the power that they have today.
And that means you've got to have somebody who will fight. And I know that
I will fight."

He seems to understand what the leadership of the Dem Party misses…the
bridges to the privilege of engaging in
gentlemanly political dialogue and give and take have long since been burned…over
and over and over and over…
we are using our energy to rebuild what is destroyed again and again…is
there some message here about repeating
an action over and over expecting different results?
CPL
Edwards had to be able to win the election or nothing he says matters.
Right now, he's third in a three candidate race.
And as much as he promises to fight, does he have the fire
in his belly?
Does he want to win as much as She does?
That's one damn high level of payback on her end that I don't think he can
beat.
As Kerry proved in 2004, sometimes it just comes down to who
wants it more.
I don't know about Edwards, but I'm sure Hillary won't be taking long vacations
during
the coming knife fight because she has a score to settle and she's ready
for payback.
Maybe that's why so many Repubs are retiring.
She's going to make them suck on it - BIG time - and they want no part of
that.

Maybe it was the guy who asked about farm subsidies while chewing on an ear
of corn with his mouth open.
But as we watched Wednesday night's CNN/YouTube debate, we couldn't help
thinking the thought we've
thought a couple of times lately: There's got to be a better way to do this.
In theory, it's a good idea to have the
people who would be president answer questions from the people who
would elect them. In theory, the questions put to the candidates by the citizenry
are going to reflect the concerns
of "real people" better than questions crafted by reporters would.
And in theory, the public's questions -- being
a little less predictable than the ones candidates get from the press corps
-- are more likely to catch the candidates
off-guard and prompt some less scripted and more revealing responses. But
that's all in theory.
But why bother to pretend it's "questions from real people,"
if CNN's going to censore all questions about impeaching those bastards?
