Pigboy calls
for Denver Riots
Link
Excerpt:
Rush Limbaugh (R-Heroin-addicted Child Molester)
is sparking controversy again after he
made comments that appear to call for riots in
Denver during DemoCon 2008 this summer.
He said the riots would ensure a Democrat is not
elected as president, and his listeners
have a responsibility to make sure it happens.
"Riots in Denver, the Democrat Convention would
see to it that we don't elect Democrats,"
Limbaugh said during Wednesday's radio broadcast.
He then went on to say that's the
best thing that could happen to the country.

Rev Al Sharpton, apparently also calling for riots Link
Rev Al, let me say a few things.
You're talking stupid, and I
say that as a friend because I've defended you when
many Democrats refused to - so consider the wisdom
of knocking it off, OK?
Obama, to some degree, has made
a career of not being you.
Remember Carolina? Remember how totally insulting
it was when Bill
compared Obama to Jesse Jackson? You and Jesse are
the "bad" Black leaders
that make Obama look good by comparison.
Obama seems to be keeping his
distance from you and Jesse, but you're not
taking that as an insult and I'm wondering why?
The presidency does not belong
to Obama. He could certainly earn it, but so far
he's just an applicant for that position, so throttle
back on the "his presidency" talk.
I know it will be frustrating and heartbreaking
if Obama gets thisclose and loses,
but calling for "trouble" might not add any shine
to your legacy, Al and it sets up
comparisons to a certain vulgar Pigboy that you
don't really need.

The JT Collective is starting a revolution in
music. We're gathering a group of artists
in a unique community and building a brand we
hope fans will come to appreciate
as a great source of Indie music. Advances in
digital recording and the marketplace of
the world wide web offer us the ability to bring
music directly to the consumer-fan.
We no longer need the gatekeepers of the music
industry, who line their pockets by
exploiting the artist's gift and push us toward
a lowest common denominator culture.
* Connect. Join a community
with other fans of independent music.
* Listen. Individual artists
have a vote in who is admitted into the collective,
so you'll find artists who have proven themselves
to their peers.
* Support. The majority of
music sales go right to the artists
- skip the middleman and know that you're supporting
your favorite artists.
Subject: How to spend your rebate
check
As you may have heard, the Administration said
each of us would get a rebate check to
stimulate the economy. If we spend that
money at Wal-Mart, all the money will go to China.
If we spend it on gasoline it will go to the
Arabs, if we purchase a computer it will go to India,
if we purchase fruit and vegetables it will go
to Mexico, Honduras, Chile, Argentina and Guatemala,
if we purchase a good car it will go to Japan,
if we purchase useless crap it will go to Taiwan
and India and none of it will help the American
economy.
We need to keep that money here in America.
The only way to keep that money here at home
is to spend it at garage and yard sales,
since those are the only businesses still in the U.S.

Obama's
Secret Plans
Subject: barium shakes, meditation
and pot
Hey man,
Sounds like you had quite the Big Apple adventure
if you need freaking release forms to talk about it.
I'm working on a interactive, multimedia presentation
Tuesday.
In other words, BCR 140 will have pictures :)
I'm so sorry to hear about the barium milkshakes.
Do what the doc.'s tell you & take it easy!
If you have to shut down the page for SIX MONTHS,
well, who cares as long as it makes you well.
We bartcop readers will get by...somehow.
:)
I don't anticipate any long-term shutdowns.
Well, maybe one - at the very end :)
Ever try meditation? For me it's the difference
between night & day, if I could just stick to it.
Counting the breath for an hour is BORING, but
for some reason it works, and the effects are cumulative.
That, & a little medicinal pot seem to do
it. Just need a bit more discipline, so the meditation comes first!
But I'm working on it.
Mind orders the brain orders the body -- could
prove useful.
The only catch for you is, you have to find a
free hour...
The (10th Annual) Global
Marijuana March next Saturday in Toronto is suposedly the biggest
in the world,
and its Grand Marshall is Marc Emery. Guess
they haven't drawn & quartered him yet.
I shall smoke one in your honor, Sir. Something
about burning it in broad daylight
on the lawn of the Parliament Buildings... we
are such very very bad boys & girls!
Yours in Jeebus,
sloth.
Sloth, thanks.
I'll try your second suggestion for sure :)

Questions
for Jerks like Jim Inhofe
Are you saying there's no such thing as global warming?
Are you saying state-sized ice chunks aren't breaking off Antartica?
Or are you saying that's "cyclical," and the polar caps will someday
become colder and freeze?
Do you realize the consequences if your guess is wrong?
Or are you agreeing that global warming is real,
and we are entering our final days - but God will protect us?
Or are you saying there's nothing we can do about it - whatever the
cause - so we might
as well quit and surrender because that's the kind of spirit that built
this once-great country?
Or are you saying... well, ...what the fuck ARE you saying?
Does the GOP have ANY coherent strategy on the subject?
Lastly, if you're wrong, and you stop us from reversing this,
we're all dead,
and so are your children and the grandchildren who never had a chance
to survive
because oil bastards like you wanted a few extra dollars instead of
a stable planet..
But if we're wrong, what's the worst that could happen?
Our air would be cleaner?
We'd import less oil, which means fewer dead soldiers?
We'd only create 50M tons of plastic bags a year, instead of 100M tons?
We know what's the worst that could happen if you're
wrong - a dead planet.
What's the worst that could happen if we're
wrong?

Subject: BCR #135 question
Something else about BCR 135 (after listening
to it again):
In 1972 George Mcgovern selected Senator Thomas
Eagleton of Missouri as his running mate.
After the convention, it was discovered that
Eagelton had received electroshock therapy for depression
(something that hadn't come out during his vetting
- typical Democrat efficiency). After the convention,
Eagleton withdrew as the nominee and McGovern
selected Sargent Shriver as the VP. I assume this was
with the blessing of the party bosses, who had
been excluded from the selection process, as a result of
"improvements" to the selection process made
by the naive, wide-eyed idiots, who wanted to make the
nomination process responsive to ALL the people
(i.e., make the process FAIR instead of selecting a winner).
We Democrats are such IDIOTS!
Who did the song at the end of BCR 135?

As crazy as this sounds, that was Jason the still-alive Americal

McCain and
Religion
Link
Excerpt:
McCain's pastor ends his sermons with an altar
call, beckoning any stirred souls to the front of his
3,500-seat``worship center'' to publicly dedicate
their lives to Jesus Christ. In McCain's 15 years
of attending Dan Yeary's Phoenix Baptist Church,
the Walking Tantrum has never made that walk.
While McCain,
71, describes Yeary as his family pastor, Yeary said the Walking Tantrum
-- who was
christened an Episcopalian -- isn't a full member
of his church because he has never undergone the
adult baptism that membership requires.
Wait a minute - how can Yeary be McCain's
"15 year pastor" if he just changed religions?
Why is McCain telling people he's a Baptist if he's
Episcopalian?
Have the Fascist dogs forgotten they attract votes
using religion like a Hoover?.

Challenges
to a Bartcop-style debate
She taunts him, throwing down the glove
- can he resist Her?
Link
Excerpt:
Hillary took the campaign to a new level, challenging
Obama to a Judas-free debate.
"Just the two of us, going for 90 minutes, asking
and answering questions,
we'll set whatever rules seem fair," Clinton
said while campaigning in South Bend.
Her campaign made the offer formal with a letter
to the Obama campaign.
Obama aides refused to debate her, because he
tends to lose those debates.
"Over the next 10 days we believe it's important
to talk directly to the voters
of Indiana and North Carolina," said Obama spokesman
Robert Gibbs.he
So - she's got him in a box.
If he agrees to the debate, she might win and
that could give her the lead.
If he continues to refuse, Clinton will say,
"If he can't face a middle-aged woman,
how can we expect him to face Ahmahandjob
or that crazy bastard in North Korea?"
Now, ... I'd like to ask a calm and gentle question.
This is not an attack, it's just a simple question:
Who do you think is going to win this election?
Don't tell me who OUGHT to win,
don't tell me who'd win IF there was a God or IF there was any justice
in the world,
I'm asking who do you think will take the oath on January 20th?

McCain:
Katrina Response `Disgraceful'
Link
Excerpt:
McCain said that had he been president he would
have immediately visited the area after the storm hit.
While he's been critical of Bush's Katrina response
before, his remarks today were some of the sharpest he's used.
"Never again will a disaster of this nature be
handled in this terrible and disgraceful manner,'' McCain
said
after a walking tour of the Lower Ninth Ward,
a poor black neighborhood that was devastated by Katrina.
"History will judge this president,'' he said.
"This was an unacceptable scenario."
There's something really wrong here - if I had
a staff, I could be sure, but wasn't Bush
WITH MCCAIN in that 5 day period when
the government refused to help?
Why the hell didn't McCain say, "Get
your Monkey ass to New Orleans?"
And then there's this:
Quotes
"All hurricanes are acts of God, because God
controls the heavens. I believe that New Orleans
had a level of sin that was offensive to God,
and they were recipients of the judgment of God for that.
There was to be a homosexual parade there
on the Monday that the Katrina came. The Bible teaches
that when you violate the law of God, that
God brings punishment sometimes before the day of judgment.
And I believe that the Hurricane Katrina was,
in fact, the judgment of God against the city of New Orleans."
--
anti-Catholic, anti-Semitic pastor (and McCain
supporter) John Hagee Link
One problem with religious insanity - you're stuck with it 24/7.
If God sent Katrina to punish the gays, then we should blame God and
Bush?

No Meters
= Stolen Billions
Old story, but still nobody does a thing
Link
Excerpt:
Atop Iraq's al Basrah Oil Terminal, heavily armed
anti-terrorism forces stand guard - while the theft
of the century may be occurring right under their
noses. Tankers berthed at the sprawling platform,
located in the Persian Gulf, take on the oil
that is the lifeblood of Iraq's war-torn economy.
Millions of dollars' worth of oil is stolen daily
in Iraq because of the absence of oil meters, a basic tool
for preventing corruption. "I would say probably
between 200,000 and 500,000 barrels a day is probably
unaccounted for in Iraq," says Mikel Morris,
who worked for Bush's State Department in Baghdad.
Depending on the price of oil, the thefts could
be worth $20 million to $30 million per day.".
Half a million barrels at $120 each is $55
millions dollars, and that
estimate
has to be low becauseonly Bush cronies know what
new wells are open, what pipelines
were built, where the oil is stored, etc.
This is why the evil rat-bastards invaded Iraq
and
they're in their SIXTH YEAR of stealings millions
per day.
Even after all this...
...nobody ever asks Bush at a live press conference,
"Why, after all these years, are there no
meters on Iraq's oil wells?"
Doesn't anybody care?
"You're
always complaining about something, Bart!"

The Obama
Odds
by Gene Lyons
Link
Excerpt:
Obama caught a glimpse of what a general election
campaign might bring during that ABC debate.
Badgered by Gibson and Stephanopoulos about arcane
(yet predictable ) trivia such as U. S. flag pins
and former terrorist William Ayers (who hosted
his first political fund-raiser in 1995 ), Obama came
across as startlingly unprepared.
"Playing gotcha with Democrats and patty-cake
with Republicans," Joe Conason explained on salon.com,
"will remain basic operating procedure for the
mainstream media this year, no different from the past
half-dozen presidential campaigns.... The same
fuzzy but obsessive focus on 'character' that plagues
Bill and Hillary Clinton will be turned on him
with equal or greater ferocity by those who once claimed
to admire him. He is now subject to the 'Clinton
rules,' which have long permitted press
whores
to indict the Clintons for sins that Republicans
commit with impunity." Conason compared the hullabaloo
over Hillary's "sniper story" to the free pass
that Reagan got for his purely imaginary account of liberating
Nazi concentration camps, and Bush's unexplained
"lost years" in the Texas Air National Guard.
So, one might almost think Gene and Joe have been reading bartcop.com
They're saying those same nasty press whores who have been cheering
so hard for Obama
are going to turn him into "an honorary Clinton" while praising McCain's
"courage and honesty."
I hope you have time to read Gene's entire column.
He's a nuts-and-bolts journalist who has opinions, but doesn't lie.

The Coming
Attacks
by Ann in Philly
Link
Please take this for what it is.
As I've said many, many times, it would be better
for me if Obama wins,
so this is not an attack on him
- this is a preview of what the GOP has coming.
Do we not want to know the enemy's capabilities?
Wouldn't it help to know what's coming?
If Churchill had Hitler's office bugged, would
he have listened in?
Please don't accuse me of handing the GOP
weapons to use against our candidate.
Ann is a librarian with a brain.
If
she can dig this up is a few hours using the Internet and Lexis, think
what the GOP
will have after their 50-man team spends $20,000,000
or
more digging up dirt.
Calling me names won't make these attacks go away.
Unsubscribing won't help Obama get elected one
bit.
If
you have evidence that Ann is wrong, please send that in.
But sending me an e-mail that says, "You
just hate Black people"
is untrue, uncalled for, ridiculous and counter-productive
here.
