Why Joe Biden?

Obama is on the defensive, already being forced
to explain why he chose Joe Biden to be his running mate.
Critics of the decision point out the following:
1) Biden voted in favor of the Iraq War,
which contradicts Obama’s central message of judgment;
2) Biden has been a Senator for almost 40

longtime Washington insider could help.
Picking a different woman would've guaranteed Denver in flames and Biden
is a better
choice than Richards, Kucinich, Dodd or Koresh-forbid John Edwards
and his love child.

Random thought...
Think how different American history would be
if the Bush bastards had gone into a
different line of work than oil, weapon sales
and multi-national crimes against humanity.
There'd be no al Qaeda, the Twin Towers would
still be standing, 4100 soldiers would still be
looking forward to that last Labor Day picnic
of the summer, the world wouldn't hate America
and Al Gore might've ridden Clinton's economic
boom to see the Dow break 30.000 in his second term.
Instead - we have the nightmare that we have.
It's like we're in some angry Terminator movie,
but we can't go back in time to stop Bush.
We're stuck with the history we're stuck with.
...and it's because the Democrats wanted to place nice instead of defending their ground.

My take is that Dems should fight as hard as the
GOP:
Go 100% positive for our guy and 100% negative
on theirs.
You don't seem to agree entirely, but my belief
dictates that I should support you 100% anyway.

Truth is, our guy's getting hammered by the puppet who personifies Bush's Third Term.
CNN said Obama out-spent McCain $55M
to $33M in July and he lost ground,
If effect, Obama is losing to the Worst President Ever - what does
that tell us?
Maybe he can stop the bleeding now that his Hawaiian vacation is over,
but I'm angry with Obama for (apparently) taking this race so lightly.
Do you think Obama thinks he's still ahead and the polls are wrong?
Obama seems to not understand how racist our country is - the Bradley
Effect.
We have no idea how big the Bradley Effect is - is it 8 points?

infectee of the Obama Magic, but I can't say it or write it if I don't
believe it.
Obama is getting hammered by the senile old man who's into war, torture
and GW Bush.
That still could be turned around - but when is Obama going to start
fighting back?
I'm watching him live on CNN right now (noon Central) and he's saying
NOTHING!
When we he start to fight for us like he promised?
Is it too early to panic? Yes, but the Panic Date is getting closer
every day.
If Obama has a secret weapon, when's he going to use it? So far, McCain's
killing him
and Obama is playing like he's 30 points ahead in the fourth quarter
of a football game.
Obama doesn't get any closer to the White House if people like me say,
"Obama is the greatest of all times and he
can't possibly lose."
But if enough people like me ask, "When is
Obama going to start fighting back?"
that might make a difference - if he gets the message that the time
to fight is NOW.

Disappointment
in Obama
Why won't he fight back?
Excerpt:
Some bloggers, many of them stalwart Obama supporters
who gleefully trashed Clinton while
puffing up Obama as the next RFK are now publicly
expressing disappointment over Obama's
wimpy and almost toothless campaign.
Obama spends way too much time trying to appease
the wingnut base in a gutless effort,
rather than confront McCain, his record, his
party's failures, and his smears...
Kerry lost his race after the convention, whereas
Obama lost this race in June and July,
because he had a Sally Field-esque "You like
me" moment over and over again.
He assumed he didn't need to define his opponent
because it was beneath him, and gutted
the ability of the Democrats to hold McCain accountable.
And them he took a victory lap tour
overseas to get photo ops while McCain began
to define him here at home, by trying out attack
lines until some of them got traction. And then
in typical GOP fashion, McCain found the ones
that worked, hammered them over and over again,
and turned Obama into a boring and iffy
choice against a guy who should be ten points
behind by now. Sorry, but that's how I feel.
There's still time to win this - but Obama has to start fighting back
NOW.
Or is he waiting for October to start fighting back?

my gut tells me it's true
that Hillary could've delivered PA and OH - but Obama just didn't want
to win that way.
