Excerpt: Newt Gingrich's presidential ambitions have taken
a hit, as Rush Limbaugh is pretty peeved at him and is making no secret
of it.
The Gingrich-Limbaugh face-off, just the latest
in a line of incidents in which a Republican has criticized the perverted
pill-popper,
began Sunday. "You're irrational if you don't
want the president to succeed," Gingrich said on NBC's "Meet the Whore."
Though Newt didn't mention Pigboy's name specifically,
comments like this are a pretty clear allusion to him and his repeated
declarations that he wants President Obama to
fail. On Monday, a caller asked Pigboy about Gingrich's comments.
This prompted Captain Oink to launch what was
probably the nastiest of all his rejoinders to Republicans who've criticized
him.
"I'm getting tired of talking about Newt. It's
a pointless exercise," Limbaugh squealed. "Next week Newt could come out
and profess his total admiration and love for
me if it would serve his purposes. Newt Gingrich wishes they were running
TV ads against him. But they're running TV ads
against me"
Excerpt: Though our Founders were well-educated and thoughtful
men, this nation has a long history of anti-intellectualism.
Rush Limbaugh taps into that vein daily, trading
on the insecurities of his audience, a loyal core group of a loosely
estimated 14-19 million listeners, mostly angry
white males, who proclaim themselves to be "dittoheads" who give
unthinking assent to just about anything Limbaugh
says. If Limbaugh wants our new president to fail, so do they.
If Limbaugh thinks women who seek equal rights
are "femi-Nazis," then so do they. If Limbaugh says that the
"Democrat" party is worse than Al Qaeda, they'll
go along with that, too.
And when he refers to the "elites," he doesn't
mean really rich people like himself; he means people like Obama or
Bill Clinton, whose elitism can be traced to
the fact that they followed the American dream out of the lowest economic
strata of our nation to win recognition based
on hard work and keen intelligence, overcoming obstacles of class and race
to achieve the highest position in the land,
unlike that "common man" and "regular guy", ," George W. Bush,
who had
things handed to him on a gilded plate, never
worked very hard at anything, and was given the rich kid's pass through
our most prestigious universities based on nothing
more than family connections and money
Shame on Harvard and Yale for each giving this uneducated monkey a diploma.

"The Republican Party right now is in the shadow
of the Bush administration. The Republican Party got fired for
good reason; it deserved it." -- Newt Gingrich, telling the truth, sounding
like a 2012 candidate, Link
Newt, not bad for starters, but if you'd stand up and say it loud
and clear,
"Rush Limbaugh is poison for the Republican
Party." you'd be the certain front-runner with "I dunno" running a distant
second.

Hmmmm, that's a good question.
I'm must think of a self-aggrandizing answer.

Where would Ali be without Frazier and Foreman?
Where would Superman be without Lex Luthor?
Where would Batman be without the Joker?
Again, I don't delude myself thinking I'm Ali or some super-hero,
but without a serious opponent's ass to kick, how can I break out?
I was jealous watching Jon Stewart on CNN last night. He went after
that Cramer
stock market handjob and Cramer had the monstrously insane idea to
strike back.
It made headlines and it gave Jon a second chance to smack his un-serious
opponent.
The list is 2301 issues long, but I never could get anybody to take
the bait.
I tried and tried, but maybe I'm too small a gnat to bother with...
Maybe I'm too polite and never make any waves...
But if I could get O'Reilly or Hannity or Neil Cavuto to come at me...
I'd enjoy demonstrating what happens when a charging asshole meets
a tight left jab.
Excerpt: The percentage. of people who call themselves
a Christian has dropped more than 11% in a generation.
The faithful have scattered out of their traditional
bases: The Bible Belt is less Baptist. The Rust Belt is less
Catholic. And everywhere, more people are exploring
spiritual frontiers — or falling off the faith map completely.
So many Americans claim no religion at all (15%,
up from 8% in 1990), that this category now outranks every other
major U.S. religious group except Catholics and
Baptists. In a mostly Christian nation, "the challenge to Christianity
… does not come from other religions but from
a rejection of all forms of organized religion," the report concludes.
Do you think people are getting smarter?
Maybe people got tired of hearing, "You can't

> "I have major concerns about trying to raise
taxes in the midst of a downturn of the economy. > It’s very difficult to make that logic
work." -- Evan Bayh, backstabber
and whore
In my opinion more people are drinking the Regan
koolaid everyday.
Democrats who normally make sense eventually
fall into the cut taxes trap and can't get out again.
We need to stop talking about taxes during elections
and policy sessions. Who cares about taxes?
Yes we need tax reform but in the meantime there
are so many other things that need to be fixed.
If people thought about it they would realize
that it really doesn't make a big difference to them either.
The people who see the most benefit are the rich
and the super rich and the corporations (Exxon)
and they absolutely shouldn't get the tax cut.
Reform corporate America, put real regulations
into mortgages and securities,
send Congress to continuing education, strenghten
the Labor movement. That's just a start.
“Nancy Reagan was so madly in love with Ronald
Reagan, if you told her that we could bring Ronald Reagan back to life by disemboweling
everyone in this audience, she would say ‘do it.’”
-- Ann Coulter, debating Bill Maher, Link
This is why we need to make Coulter co-spokesman
for the GOP with El Pigbo.
This way, the GOP has a choice: Slur Nancy (and Ronnie) or
denounce Coulter's hate rhetoric.
It's so f-ing easy, what took the spineless, braindead Dems so
long to figure it out?
Excerpt: The media are abuzz with the news that Obama
acknowledges that we are not winning the war in Afghanistan
and is thinking about reaching out to moderate
elements of the Taliban. And the right-wingers are jumping all over it.
To them, it's proof that Obama likes to pal around
with terrorists.
By contrast, their hero and dear leader -- George
W. Bush -- would always swagger and smirk and talk about
how we don't negotiate with terrorists. How macho.
And look where that got us. Intelligence experts agree that
Bush's cowboy-style foreign policy has actually
made us less safe. Therefore, it's clearly time for a new strategy,
and not a moment too soon.
They say Iraq turned artound after we started making deals and snuggling
up to local powerlords,
the same guys who had been killing our soldiers from 2002-2006
So it's OK when a Republican
does it, but it's "appeasement" if a Democrat does it?
I asked Miked the Dealer, "What's up with City
Center, the biggest, baddest amalgamation of casinoes* in Las Vegas history?"
Back when everyone was rich as hell and the money
flowed like water,
MGM bought the Frontier off Phil Ruffin for 1.3
billion dollars.
The Frontier was a dump and basically MGM just
wanted to hit the place
with a bomb and use the property to get to work
on a new casino.
Now welcome to today when we're all screwed, and
suddenly MGM's got no money to finish building City Center,
now they are screwed, they need cash ASAP. So
they basically put *everything* they own on the market.
Hell Bellagio was up for sale for a while and
nearly sold, before the guy who was going to buy it
lost 2 billion in the stock crash and backed
out.
So in steps Ruffin, who buys Treasure Island,
which is a pretty nice casino, for 775 million dollars.
He ended up trading the dump that was the frontier
for the pretty excellent TI hotel/casino,
and pockets over 500 million in the process
Excerpt: Bestiality is closer to becoming illegal in Florida
now that lawmakers voted to slap a felony charge on anyone who has sex
with animals.
Florida is one of only 16 states that still permits
bestiality — a fact that Sen. Nan Rich learned to her horror when a Panhandle
man
three years ago was suspected of accidentally
asphyxiating a family goat that he held by the collar during a sex act.
"There's a tremendous correlation between sexually
deviant behavior and crimes against children and crimes against animals,"
said Rich, a Sunrise Democrat. "This is long
overdue. These are heinous crimes. And people belong in jail."
But the man suspected of assaulting Meg the goat
(At least it was a female goat, right?)
was never charged because cops could not
link him to the scene. The suspect was arrested
months later in a separate goat abduction, said State Attorney Walter Parker.
So, the serial goat rapist is in the hands of the law.
I guess they pulled some cops from the Poker Enforcement Squad to catch
him?
“We all say crazy shit when we’re high.

Excerpt: Evangelicals have identified their movement with
the culture war and with political Fascism/conservatism.
This will prove to be a very costly mistake.
Evangelicals will increasingly be seen as a threat to cultural progress.
Public leaders will consider us bad for America,
bad for education, bad for children, and bad for society.
The evangelical investment in moral, social,
and political issues has depleted our resources and exposed our weaknesses.
Being against gay marriage and being rhetorically
pro-life will not make up for the fact that massive majorities of
Evangelicals can't articulate the Gospel with
any coherence. We fell for the trap of believing in a cause more than a
faith.
Your biggest mistake was getting into bed with Fascist dogs.
Sure, you swung a couple of elections for them, but now everybody hates
you.
Your highest profile leaders are gays who hate themselves - that can't
be healthy.
You guys rant against the evils of gay marriage then go blow some guy
for lunch.
You got caught and nobody likes a religious hypocrite.
Between you and the pedo-priests, who needs religion?

Randi lost all credibility when she dished
Hillary the way she did during the campaign.
Dems don’t talk about fellow Dems like

Randi is no longer relevant. She’s
been on a self destructive course ever since.

I used to like Randi until she called Hillary

I stopped listening and I don't care what

I think we can assume she lost half her audience last Fall.
How can a professional talker let her mouth run without her brain

We should be out-raged by Limburgers' fetid hopes
for Obama's policies and,
ultimately, the looney's hopes for a 'failed'
U.S.A.
But, if you want to look back 75 years or so,
his b/s is a bit worrisome.
View the old newsreel clips of Adolf Hitler's
oratory, his vehemence, his hostility and hatred
of ALL opponents and his self-importance at the
podium...and you'll see all that reflected in
Limbaugh's speech to the PCAC last week and in
his broadcasts ever since January.
What's troublesome, too, is to think that Hitler's
rise to power was helped along by the
world-wide financial distress that followed the
last 'conservastive' GOP-engineered melt-down.

Excerpt: South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford (R-Handjob)
will be sending Obama a letter in the next few days
asking for permission to apply a quarter of South
Carolina's stimulus money, approximately $700 million,
to paying down state debt rather than using the
money to fund government programs.
"Should the President grant our waiver request,
we will accept the federal monies and apply them to our state debts
and contingent liabilities, thereby strengthening
both our short and long-term economic climate as a state," writes
Sanford in a Tuesday letter to South Carolina
state legislators obtained by ABC Whore News.
If Obama turns down Sanford's request, the South
Carolina governor will not seek the $700 million
in stimulus funds which are under the governor's
discretion.
Good for him.
I think all states with Regressive governors should refuse the money.
Give the money to states that aren't hoping Obama fails.
I am appalled to find out, that you are
one of the sponsors of the ugly, fat, anti-American pig Rush Limbaugh,
the disciple of hate.
I can’t believe a publishing house, supposedly
filled with people who are smart enough to know how to read and write,
would
support something that stupid and ugly. Also,
Rush and the Republicans he speaks for, hate America and want to see it
fail.
The Republicans, egged on by disciples of hatred
and division like the pig Rush, have destroyed this country and now they
are
blocking efforts to help put it back on its feet.
Republicans HATE America. Rush hates it even worse. That you, or anyone
would put your money behind such anti-American,
godless creeps is beyond me. I will not ever buy any book from your
company, plus will advise my school against using
any of your books, knowing that you sponsor anti-American Fascists
like Rush and are so into hating America. Traitors!!!

Excerpt: Federal authorities told a monster prick Arizona
sheriff Tuesday that they will investigate his department over allegations
of discrimination and unconstitutional searches
and seizures. The U.S. Justice Department said in a letter to Maricopa
County
Sheriff Joe Arpaio that investigators will focus
on alleged patterns of police discrimination based on national origin.
Arpaio has also launched Phoenix crime sweeps
in areas with high concentrations of Hispanics. Most recently, Arpaio began
to
separate illegal immigrants from other inmates
in Tent City, a section of the county jail where all inmates are housed
in tents.
Those tactics have attracted national attention
and have led some critics, including immigration activists, to accuse Arpaio's
department of racial profiling.
This guy is like some tin dictator sheriff you'd
see in an old western.
He thinks Phoenix is HIS town and you do what
he says or he locks you up.
Right now, Charles Barkley (Guilty of DWI) is
in Arpaio's custody and he's wearing pink underwear. Why is Barkley wearing pink underwear?
becauseArpaio likes
his men in pink underwear, and what Joe Arpaio wants, Joe Arpaio f-ings
gets because Phoenix is HIS town.
Arpaio has gotten favorable press since 1992 by promoting himself as
"America's Toughest Sheriff."
But any racist prick can be "tough" if he ignores the US Constitution
and gets all Nazi with helpless prisoners.
Just ask Rudy Giuliani - seen here trying some expensive Ode de
Toilette at Macy's.
Besides, these tough guys generally look the other way when their rich,
white friends get caught.
Arpaio's out-of-control personal power trip reminds me of Bush as governor
(not a compliment).
I hope the feds shut down his crooked ass and arrest him.
Let's see how HE likes wearing pink underwear.
I saw your post re Randi Rhodes. There
is some more recent news out there at http://ltradio.blogspot.com
.
This story started with Randi's sudden disappearance
from the airwaves and has now grown to include the collapse
of Nova M, formation of its replacement, On Second
Thought, collapse of On Second Thought.
There seems to be some confusion about whether
Drobny was hospitalized for a "nervous breakdown" or a "suicide attempt".
Mike Malloy has had to quickly syndicate himself.
This whole thing is a big meltdown. Judging from some of the comments
on John Scott's blog on KKGN/Green960
(San Francisco progressive station) Randi's site hasn't been updated and
she's
incommunicado, which is upsetting some of her
fans. There is still a lot of mystery about what is going on with
her and this situation.
I'm just happy that Mike's still on.
I can take Randi or leave her.
litebug
How can somebody be incummunicado in the Internet age?
She can't afford a laptop?
Why can't Randi say what's going on?
If she can't get specific she could at least drop some hints.
Or is there more drama to be ginned up by letting her fans hang?
Excerpt: Call it The Washington Post's 766-word non-correction
correction. It ran Saturday in the form of a Paul Farhi article
about
the dubious nature of trying to measure the size
of Rush Limbaugh's radio audience. Farhi stressed that trying to determine
the
total number of weekly listeners represented
an exercise "in guesswork, slippery methodology and suspect data." The
article
detailed how there aren't any hard ratings numbers
within the radio industry regarding Limbaugh's audience size -- a topic
of
increased interest since the fat Nazi had emerged
as the public face of the Republican Party under the Obama administration.
Farhi helped put the ratings question issue in
proper context, but the unspoken point of the piece seemed to be to walk
back
the previous day's Post article by Howard Kurtz,
which boldly announced in the very first sentence that Limbaugh's ratings
had "nearly doubled" since the flap with Obama
began in January. It was a pro-Limbaugh proclamation that went off like
a
firecracker, especially online, as conservatives
cheered the news and mocked Democrats for padding Limbaugh's audience.
But was it true?
Hell no it wasn't true and everyone with a brain knows it.
But Howie the Whore and the Whore Post will run any falsehood
if it helps the Party of Fascist Dogs.
How many stories did the Whore Post ran complaining about Monica
and how many stories did they run complaining about Bush's two fake
wars?
The Whore Post - where oral sex is a bigger story than 4200 senselessly
dead soldiers.
Right wing religious nut politicians are getting
a lot of free air time by trying to convince the American stupid public
that evolution and the dinosaurs are the work
of the devil and that stem cell research will kill a dead fetus.
Personally I think that republicans and their
pseudo scientist polictians are a good reason for abortions.
I also think that instead of using monkeys for
medical research, we should use religious right republicans.
