How can that state full of nutbags you live in
go out and pass a law that requires physicians
to release this type of information to be made
public. One would think this is a direct violation
of the federal Health Insurance Privacy and Portability
Act (HIPPA).
The legislature cannot just go out and pass a
law that supersedes federal law – that’s not how it works.

court?
We used to own a medical practice – the government

(HHS), which has the authority to
impose fines of $100 for each civil violation,
up to a maximum of $25,000.
HHS can also refer possible criminal violations
to the Justice Department,
which could seek penalties of up to $250,000
in fines and 10 years in jail.
In addition the injured party may possibly have grounds for a HUGE civil suit.
But what do I know?

when asked, my son just said that the blue lights
can kill the H1N1 germ and all the schools have them and

lights are of course UV fluorescent lights, the same kind used to
sterilize utensils and are commonly found in
barber shops, hospitals, restaurants, etc.
i dont know if these lights are effective against
a virus and i dont know if they are being used
by the schools in the states but i do know they

Pilots are one example of how people's wages have
been slashed and the middle class decimated. In my new movie
I interview a pilot for a major airline who made
$17,000 last year. For four months he was eligible -- and received
-- food stamps. Another pilot in the film has
a second job as a dog walker.
The Bush catastrophe will be felt for a long time.
If only our braindead Democrats could take advantage of that - but they
can't figure out how.
