Obama pleads
with Democrats
That's probably his single biggest problem

more than a dozen Backstabbers to the White House,
pleading and begging like a terrified child,

vote for his massive health care overhaul.

It's official - he hasn't learned a thing after
13 months in office.
Repugs and Dems both realize he's a pushover
and they now they've begun to feed off of him.
I'd say at this point it's safe to assume he's not going to change.
Since last summer I've been saying there's still time to turn
things around - but now I don't know.
Obama is still unable to wrap his brain around the idea that he's the
President of the United States.
He's taken the role of a drunk girl at a frat party and now they're
passing him around.
They're using him while he smiles and says, "What
else can I do for you?"
Obama is our "pretty please" president
when we need a president who says,
"We ARE doing this and I'll f-ing crush you
if you try to stop me."
Oh, this is ugly and we have no choice but to watch it happen.
I need a drink and it's not yet 9 AM on a Friday morning.

Why I defend Toyota

now blaming Toyota for just about everything except fat cops,

the madness. After all, I don't own Toyota stock, they don't give

The Whore AP found that Toyota has been inconsistent
— and sometimes contradictory — in revealing
what the devices record, including data about
the brake or accelerator pedals in a crash.
By contrast, most other automakers allow much
more open access to information from their
event data recorders, commonly known as EDRs.
Since it's the Whore AP and since a feeding-frenzy is underway, questions need to be asked:
From whom is the data blocked?
If that data is subpoenaed, I assume Toyota complied.
If it wasn't subpoenaed, the judge must've ruled that the data had
no value.
So from whom is the data blocked?
Why is the Whore AP painting Toyota as uncooperative?
Because Toyota doesn't want to share their data
with GM and Chrysler?
Does McDonald's share in-house data with Burger
King?
Does CBS copy their internal memoes to ABC?
Then there's the inconsistent and
contradictory
accusations.
The Whore AP wants you to come away from this
thinking Toyota is guilty.
Does the unsupported allegation that other
companies allow more access make Toyota guilty?
The whore AP also found that the evil Toyota:
Has frequently
refused to provide key information sought by crash victims and survivors.
Oh really? They told a judge to fuck
off?
You'd think that would've made the papers.
I wonder what the truth is?
The Whore AP is waving some McCarthy papers in
their right hand.
I wonder what they have hidden in their left
hand?
Uses proprietary
software in its EDRs. Until this week, there was only a single laptop
in the U.S. containing the
software needed to read the data.
I'll bet they have enough laptops in America to
please every judge in every suit against them.
If they are defying the orders from multiple
judges, why haven't we heard about it?
How could the Whore AP know - for a fact - that
Toyota only has one laptop?
If they heard that from a Toyota official, why
didn't they quote him by name?
Why is the Whore AP working so hard to make Toyota
look guilty?
Why can't they just list the facts and let the
indictments fall where they may?
• In some lawsuits, when pressed to provide recorder
information,
Toyota either settled or provided printouts with
the key columns blank.
What a crock of shit.
That sentence is written like the writer learned
his trade at FOX News.
In SOME lawsuits?
That suggests in SOME others that they didn't
settle.
When GM settles a lawsuit, is that proof of their
guilt?
When Ford settles a lawsuit, is that proof of
their guilt?
No, but when Toyota settles a suit, it's because
they're guilty.
At least the unnamed Whore AP ghost-writer didn't
call Toyota officials "dirty lying slants."
Why is the Whore AP working so hard to make Toyota
look guilty?
Do you see any facts in this story
concerning Toyota?
Deep Throat taught us to follow the money.
If the American whore media is successful at
bringing down Toyota,
who will gain financially from this wild feeding-frenzy
of non-facts?
Buried deep - in the second last sentence of the story, we finally get one fact from the Whore AP:
Lawsuits
in California and Colorado accused Toyota of
withholding
key information in accident cases, but no
judge or
jury ruled against the company on those allegations.
Well, what do you know?
I'll bet they were gambling that you'd only read
the first few paragrpahs or maybe half
the article because if you stick aound long enough,
you see their get-out-of-jail card.
They tell you a dozen lies and - as they're closing - they whisper that it was all bullshit.
And even if you're the top man at the Detroit
Autoworkers Union,
aren't you insulted that the Whore AP is lying
to you this way?

The Republicans seem to be counting on the voters
having a short memory this election year.

out of all of us- Shannon's leukemia was back

like those options. What else do you have?"

Extend unemployment benefits, but start giving a bonus
for people who find a job quickly -- for example,
give them one week's equivalent unemployment check
for each two weeks less than 26 it takes them.
(Sorry for the math -- basically, get a job after four weeks
and you get 11 weeks bonus; after eight weeks
you get 9; etc.)
