Am I the only one who remembers Obamas promise to end tax breaks for companies that move jobs outside of the US?
Not only has it not happened, it was like the idea was forgotten altogether. Not so much of a mention of it since he took office.
Every time I get a call or email from Chase bank I am reminded of that promise, those geniuses in India barely
speak English, barely understand it, and their written English is so poor that emails are cut and pasted from form letters.
Several friends from my days working the call centers for Sprint and Comcast are now out of work, and the customer
satisfaction ratings for those companies is in the toilet.
If you call Southwest Airlines, you get a polite, sometimes even charming, friendly, intelligent, English speaking
American in Albuquerque, Chicago, Houston, Oklahoma City, Phoenix, or San Antonio.
Look at SWA's customer satisfaction, and while you are at it, look at their stock performance.
