If you are planning on taking classes, visiting, or working at Ghost Ranch in Abiquiu NM, you need to read this website. We've got a bunch of new letters that detail our gripes with management. Check it out, then please sign our petition to replace the current ranch administrator and her deputies and/or send us your letters and comments for print on the website. www.ghostranchfriends.org Hoekstra wants "Birther' Office Michigan handjob hates Muslins, negroes and foreigners Link U.S. Senate candidate Pete Hoekstra (R-Douche) told Michigan Teabaggers that John McCain failed to press the birther issue properly in the 2008 campaign. Hoekstra, talking about Obama’s birth certificate, said he believes the country should establish a national office that would vet and confirm a candidate’s ability to run for the presidency. "Hoeky" never addresses whether he believes the president’s birth certificate is legitimate, but he makes it clear that he believes McCain made a mistake. “I think with this president, the book is closed. The argument, it’s kind of like, I hate to say it but I think the debates over,” Hoekstra said. “We lost that debate and we lost that debate in 2008 when our presidential nominee said ‘I ain’t talking about it.’ “I’d love to give you an answer and say I’m gonna fight it, we’re gonna beat it and we’re gonna win it. I think it wasn’t fought and we lost,” he said later. Butt Pete, if that argument is over, why do YOU keep bringing it up? Besides, I can see how you rubes think Obama pulled a fast one on you, but his story was good enough to get past Hillary - so that makes him a lock. But wait a minute, a few years ago, when Gov. Musclehead won in California, YOU guys started that "who needs to be a citizen?" crap when you thought it might help your side. Yeah, Musclehead would've made a great president "I love da tiddys and da dope and sexing the family maid and tings of dis nature...." Send e-mail to Bart Shop Online

Snake-handler dies from Bite Guess which party he belonged to... Link A snake-handling Pentecostal who witnessed his father die in a similar fashion, died Sunday after he was bitten by a poisonous snake he had owned for years. "Mack" Wolford, 44, was reportedly one of the few pastors who openly shared his beliefs about Christians being commanded by Jesus in the Bible to take up serpents without fear of death. To sane people, that means, "This book is, at best, some parable that's not to be talken seriously." To the religiously insane, it's a How-To book on getting to Heaven. Wolford, pastor of House of the Lord Jesus in Matoaka, W. Va., died at a relative's home May 27 after he sat down next to a yellow timber rattlesnake and was bitten in the thigh during an afternoon service. The service soon came to a halt and Wolford was taken to his relative's home to recover from the poisonous bite -- a common occurrence for the charismatic Christian who grew up with a father who also preached snake-handling during his ministry. Wolford died about 10 p.m. The pastor, noted for his enthusiasm for sharing his belief that Jesus calls on his followers in passages like Mark 16:17-18 to handle snakes, was officially declared dead Monday at Bluefield Medical Center. It appears that no one aware of Wolford's condition had called emergency services for helpt. Well you can't call for help because that's calling God's book a liar. Can't have that. Send e-mail to Bart Subject: "What else would you expect from these Dixie flag worshippers?" Bart, In all of my adult life (I will turn 80 in November); I've never seen anything even close to what's going on with this Extreme Right Wing: They seem to have gone Viral; Such desperation; and mostly because of the their being racist; A nicer and smarter person than President Obama does not exist. They're violent because they have not been able to rake in billions of dollars with this president as they did during the eight long years of Cheney-Bush-Rove administration. Pretending they're concerned about jobs for the middle class, is nothing but garbage; they couldn't care less about people "beneath them." Fox "News"? is one of the biggest contributors of lies and untruths. Why are they considered a news media anyway?? beats me. Marian in Missouri Send e-mail to Bart Subject: Birther thing can backfire OK - lets just admit it! We live in a world where "stupid" is becoming the new "smart". Case in point is The Donald claiming that Obama wasn't born in America. Not only is this an assault on our collective IQ, but the message actually works against Republicans because it turns out - they are the ones whose presidential candidates are foreign born. Case in point - 2008 - John McCain. McCain was born in Panama. Although there are likely a number of plausible exceptions, John McCain has never explained it. And quite frankly, I'm still curious to hear it. But McCain wasn't the first foreign born Republican candidate for president. Mitt Romney's own father, George Romney, was born in Mexico, yet he ran in the 1968 presidential election. And the reason he was born in Mexico is because his grandfather fled the United States to Mexico where he wouldn't be arrested because he had 5 wives. George Bush at least was a real Texan who was born in New Haven Connecticut. ha ha So the way I see it Obama is clearly a naturally born US citizen where Romney is the son of a Mexican immigrant who illegally tried to run for president. Seems to me that the issue itself works for Obama and against Romney. So Donald, are you listening to me? Not only is the issue stupid, but even raising the issue works against your guy. You are totally ruining the illusion that billionaires are supposed to be the smart people who we trust are going to trickle down on us and call it rain. Marc Perkel Many Teabaggers and right-winger say McCain lost because he failed to hit Obama hard enough on Rev Wright and the birth certificate crap. That sounds like great strategery, Dog-on-Roof. Hey, I'll give you guys an Obama scandal for free: My sources say Obama fathered two children with a Black woman - ha ha Send e-mail to Bart A Tactic for Democrats If our Democrats want to win this next election (should I bother to finish the thought?) here's a tactic they should try - why? Because it's free, easy and effective. Because it's free, easy and effective, they'd never consider using it, but here goes: Every Democrat on every talk show should say something like, "I think the GOP's war on women will be the deciding factor in November." Just hammer that point home on FOX, CNN, MSNBC, Meet the Whore etc. Soon everyone will weigh in with an opinion on how true that is, but it damn sure can't be discounted so I think it forces the GOP into one of two positions: A. Fuck you, there is no war on women, the Dems are lying again," which won;t fly. B. Yes, OK, we got a little carried away with our war on women and we apologize for thast." MAKE them admit, months before the election, that they have had a war on women. It's a free, easy and effective way to list the facts - that they DO have a war on women. So the next time the DNC asks you for a contribution, remind them they have free, easy and effective tools that they are refusing to use in a war we can't afford to lose. Send e-mail to Bart Find the Frog He's dead-center in the middle. He's facing 10 o'clock and his butt is at 4 o'clock. Sorry for those who were driven crazy :) Subject: Abortion question Bart, Do you think the GOP/religious-right/woman-haters have considered the fact that if poor Black and Latino women can’t afford abortions there will be more Blacks and Latinos born making whites a minority? Are the haters OK with that? David in Savannah, GA One: They don't think things thru. That's why they only run morons for president. Two: They think the Blacks and the poor should stop "doing it," as tho whites and the rich would give up sex if it they thought it would help. Three: Republicans are the most anti-Christian people in America. Send e-mail to Bart Pants on Fire Romney thehollywoodliberal.com Send e-mail to Bart Subject: Back alley abortions I’m willing to ferry women by boat from Detroit to Windsor, ONT, if abortion is made illegal in the US. I just need to get a boat. The city of Ann Arbor has a law on their books that if the USA or the State of Michigan makes abortion illegal, it is still legal in AA. I’m not sure that a city full of unarmed pacifists could withstand a raid by the federal government, if it came to it, though. Shirley to the Rescue Don't slap a girl when Shirley's in the room Link Video Garbage star Shirley Manson halted a show in New Jersey on Saturday night to reprimand a man she saw hit a woman in the audience. The flame-haired Scot was doing "Stupid Girl" at the House of Blues in Atlantic City when the incident went down. Manson urged her bandmates to stop playing and yelled, "Get the fuck off her right now... Dude, never hit a fucking woman. What the fuck is wrong with you, man?" She then asked the fan to leave the venue. Shirley has some AXL in her - she can go off at any time. Send e-mail to Bart Marty

Sarah Palin Nude Link Court: Anti-Gay Law Illegal Down with America's caste system Link A federal appeals court Thursday declared that the Defense of Marriage Act unconstitutionally denies federal benefits to married gay couples, a groundbreaking ruling all but certain to wind up before the Republican-owned U.S. Supreme Court. In its unanimous decision, the three-judge panel of the 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston said the 1996 law that defines marriage as a union between a man and a woman deprives gay couples of the rights and privileges granted to heterosexual couples. The court didn't rule on the law's more politically combustible provision, which said states without same-sex marriage cannot be forced to recognize gay unions performed in states where it's legal. Anybody see the paralles to the GOP's hatred of Martin Luther King Day? Remember how they voted to fight that great American hero from being honored because the Republicans didn't like the skin color that God gave him? And remember what happened? The Super Bowl moved away from Phoenix when AZ voted against that holiday. Remember how they didn't used to let women vote? Then someone said, "We should stop the hate," and that wall came down. Remember how they didn't used to let Blacks vote? Then someone said, "We should stop the hate," and that wall came down. Remember how they didn't used to let whites and Blacks marry? Then someone said, "We should stop the hate," and that wall came down. We currently don't allow gays to marry. When will someone say, "We should stop the hate," and tear down that wall? Link Tom Daubert, 59, faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison, a $500,000 fine for following Montana's pot laws to the letter. He did NOT count on Obama waging a jihad against his legal business that was helping sick people. So, what's the lesson here - don't follow the law?
