A Romney spokesman reprimanded reporters traveling with Willarde on his foreign trip,
telling them to "kiss my ass" after they shouted questions from behind a rope line.
As Romney left the site of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Warsaw and walked toward
his motorcade, reporters began shouting questions from the line where campaign staffers had
told them to stay behind, prompting traveling press secretary Rick Gorka to tell a group of
reporters to "kiss my ass" and "shove it."
We can't blame this guy...
He's running a losing campaign with very little chance of turning things around.
No wonder the poor bastard is so surly and irritable towards the press.

Southern Baptist groups are asking churchgoers of First Baptist Church of Crystal Springs, Miss.,
to reject racism, saying that the church’s decision not to marry Charles and Te'Andrea Wilson
because of their race is wrong.
While Baptists share common beliefs, some churches are more racist than others. The leaders of
the Mississippi Baptist Convention and the Southern Baptist Convention have asked the First Baptist
Church to reconsider their racist tendencies and join them in the 19th century, the whore AP reports.
The couple was asked by the Rev. Stan Weatherford, the church’s pastor, to move their wedding
to a less racist church after a small group of raging White Power Christians expressed their dismay
that the nigger couple was getting married in their White Power church.
Weatherford performed the ceremony at a slightly-less racist Baptist church, CNN reports.
Sometimes America can be a really nasty racist place.
The good news?

It took Jason Legate all of 10 minutes to connect his computer to a London-based server and access
BBC's coverage of the Olympics Saturday, bypassing NBC's lock on coverage in the United States.
Jason said he has watched at least 12 hours of live BBC coverage since he set up a virtual private
network (VPN) connection to send all his Internet traffic to a server in London.
Legate is one of many viewers who, turned off by NBC's ironclad control of access to the Olympics
and spotty online streaming, has resorted to a workaround--sometimes legal, sometimes not--to watch
the Games when and how they want on feeds from countries such as the UK and Canada.

As ABC's Jonathan Karl reported in March, Romney, during his 2002 run for governor of Massachusetts,
boasted of the more than $410 million he got from the feds to pull off a successful Games, which he described
as a collaborative effort between the private sector and all levels of government:
As for his experience running the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics, Romney says, ""the whole winter games
was a combination of the federal, state and local governments along with private enterprise."
"We actually received over $410 million from the federal government for the Olympic games. That is a huge
increase over anything ever done before and we did that by going after every agency of government," he says.
So, he's bragging about how much he was able to soak the taxpayers?
I assume the Obama people know about this?
Next time Romney brags abour "saving" the 2004 Olympics,
maybe someone will ask him how he pulled that off.
Besides, NBC paid the Olympic Commitee over a billion dollars.
What, exactly, did Romney do to "save" the billion dollar Olympics?

Twitter Bans Guy Adams
Could be watershed moment for Twitter's future

Once again, we're reminded of a maxim when it comes to publishing on other people's platforms:
we publish at their sufferance. But there's a corollary: When they take down what we publish,
they take an enormous risk with their own futures.
This time, Twitter has suspended the account of a British journalist who tweeted the corporate
email address of an NBC executive. The reporter, Guy Adams of the Independent, has been
acerbic in his criticisms of NBC's (awful) performance during the Olympics in London.
Adams has posted his correspondence with Twitter, which claims he published a private email address.
It was nothing of the kind, as many, including the Deadspin sports blog, have pointed out.
What makes this a serious issue is that Twitter has partnered with NBC during the Olympics.
And it was NBC's complaint about Adams that led to the suspension.
That alone raises reasonable suspicions about Twitter's motives.
So, the owner of Twitter became a gazillioniare, and THEN he sold his soul to NBC?
What's next?
