Former 19th District State Senate candidate Eric Bodenweiser has made bail.
He was being held at SCI in Georgetown on 113 felony sex offenses dealing with
the sexual abuse of a child. Yesterday, Judge E. Scott Bradley ordered that if
Bodenweiser did make bail he would be monitored by a GPS device and he would
be subject to court-ordered pre-trial supervision by Probation and Parole.
Bodenweiser turned himself in to police yesterday.

Senate candidate Eric Bodenweiser has been indicted on 113 felony counts.
He is charged by the Attorney General’s office with 39 counts of first degree
unlawful sexual intercourse and 74 charges of 2nd degree unlawful sexual contact.

The State Police began their investigation several weeks ago after they were tipped
that Bodenweiser sexually abused the boy starting when he was 10 and ending when
he was 13 between October of 1987 and August of 1990.

Tagg Romney, son of Mitt, managing partner of Solamere Capital, which is a subsidiary of
financial firms owned by Allen Stanford, a guy doing 110 years behind bars for an $8 billion
Ponzi scheme. Solamere is tied to many private equity-owned firms, one of which is HIG
Capital's Hart Intercivic, a voting machine company whose products will be used in Ohio on
November 6th. This is worse than when the owner of Diebold, who makes easily-hackable
voting machines, promised to deliver Ohio to George W. Bush in 2004.

In a nutshell, the budding vulture capitalist Republican son of the vulture capitalist Republican
running for president is part-owner of voting machines in a state that is a must-win for any
Republican seeking the presidency. By any reasonable standard, this conflict of interest is cause
for an investigation by the Federal Election Commission and the FBI, and is a national security
concern for the Department of Homeland Security, all of which have a mandate to ensure that
vote counts will not be tampered with on Election Day.

I'm so proud of my Democratic party.

The election is a full 13 days away and they're already starting to begin to look at
who will steal the election from them and the precise way they'll do it this time.

Mitt supported the Vietnam War as a college student, while receiving deferments from fighting in it.

Earlier this year, the UK Daily Mail laid it all out, including Romney's participation as the PR spokesperson
for a pro-war rally during his undergraduate year at Stanford (he later transferred to BYU after his two
Mormon missionary years hiding in France). The coverage included a photo of Romney picketing against
anti-war students who were protesting the cooperation of the Stanford University administration with the
draft process at the time.

In short, Romney was adamantly pro-draft:

They say every picture tells a story.

A newly-unearthed photograph showing Mitt Romney demonstrating in favor of the Vietnam War
draft might leave the presidential candidate feeling somewhat like a big-ass douchebag.

The photograph was taken on May 20, 1966, shortly after a group of students had taken over
the office of Stanford University President Wallace Sterling.

Romney used his student deferment at that time to avoid military service.
He then left Stanford for two years of Mormon missionary work in France,
for which he received another draft deferment.

But he loved that war and really, really wished he could've gone
to Vietnam and fought alongside the Blacks and the poor people.

Oh, the humanity: A blimp displaying Romney's smiling face crash-landed in a field in Florida.
The police said strong winds forced the dirigible down on Sunday evening. According to the
Sun Sentinel, the two people onboard the 160-foot airship were unhurt.

The craft that read "America Needs Romney," couldn't handle the pressure and the stress.
About five miles short of the destination, the wind forced the aircraft down near a housing development.

Teri Balter, who witnessed the crash told NBC Miami, "The blimp was hovering and floating backwards.
It looked like it was actually coming down." She added, "I thought boy, Romney really wants us to vote for him."

French Trader pays $7B Fine
In France, they don't "look forward"

The Paris appeals court has upheld trader Jerome Kerviel's conviction for covering up massive losses,
sentencing him to three years in prison and ordering him to pay back about $7 billion in damages.

A lower court convicted him in October 2010 of forgery, breach of trust and unauthorized computer use
in one of history's biggest trading frauds. The appeals court upheld the conviction and the sentence Wednesday.

Kerviel had sought an acquittal, saying the bank had turned a blind eye to his exorbitant trades in 2007
and 2008 as long as they made money.

Crime pays in America.

In America when you get caught stealing $7 billion dollars, the Obama Justice Department
orders you to pay a $100,000 fine, which is why the never-ending crimes continue.

In America, when you steal $7 billion dollars, you don't even go to jail.

It’s not unusual for an actor to go off on a Twitter rant, but “Blue Bloods” actress Jennifer Esposito’s
recent feisty display of tweet rage is unique. First, it’s because she dared to break the first rule of show biz
and publicly engage in a dispute with her network, calling CBS “shameful” for placing her on an unpaid leave
from the show. And second, because this may be the first recorded war over gluten.

Deadline reported on Saturday that the actress was taking a leave from her series, and quoted CBS saying
“Jennifer has informed us that she is only available to work on a very limited part-time schedule. As a result,
she’s unable to perform the demands of her role and we regretfully had to put her character on a leave of absence.
She is a wonderfully talented actress and we hope that she will be able to return at some point in the future.”

Esposito immediately shot back in a series of tweets, “CBS put me on unpaid leave and has blocked me from
working anywhere else after my doctor said you needed a reduced schedule due to celiac. CBS didn’t listen to
my doc and I collapsed on set. Which everyone saw! After a week off my doc said I could return to work but
CBS implied that I was NOT truly ill and this was a scheme to get a raise! It’s been almost two months without
bringing me back to work + keeping Me from working anywhere else!… Absolutely shameful behavior.

CBS dumped their Number One comedy star so what chance does Jennifer have?

Her options seem to be (1) work sick and collapse if you must
or
(2) get the fuck out - there are plenty other pretty women in New York City
who are willing to work the hours you worked for the pay you were getting.

I'm not a 100% Obama fan, but I can't fathom having Romney as pres.
I think that he is more morally bankrupt than George W and he is more malleable
in the hands of the PNAC neo-conners.

I don't feel anything human coming from him.

I'm worried too, between what the SCOTUS can do and what happened here in Ohio in 2004,
I have little faith in the system anymore. Or maybe, I've just become more cynical. Or awake.

but your man Jason far exceeded my expectations on what could be done to fix this dumpster baby.

He not only fixed my current problems, but went way beyond and helped me download and install
programs that I'd had trouble with on my own. Polite, courteous, answered all of my dumb questions
without laughing, the high octane tune up was a definite bargain.
