Cruz, Lee Making GOP Nervous
They're the new faces of today's GOP

Ted Cruz and Mike Lee are crusading against affordable health care while infuriating many
Republicans with a tactic they consider futile, self-serving and detrimental to the party’s political hopes in 2014.
Cruz, a freshman, and Lee, the tea party-backed giant slayer from Utah, spent have been pressuring Republicans
to link any stopgap spending bill to keep the government running with permanently starving health overhaul of money.
The two mental giants are determined to reverse Chief Justice John Roberts and kill Obama’s signature domestic law.
The two handjobs scored a win Friday when the GOP House passed a spending measure that would shut down the
government. But the bill is dead on arrival in the half-sane Senate, where lawmakers in both parties complain that
Cruz and Lee have pushed a losing cause.
In the meantime, their strategy has roiled many in the GOP, with plenty of public carping.
Several Republicans complain that the tactic could lead to a government shutdown that would undercut the GOP
politically as the party faces a Democratic president weakened by missteps on Syria.
They question Cruz and Lee’s uncompromising approach, which has raised money for outside conservative groups.
Cruz’s recent political moves have stirred talk of a 2016 presidential run.
If Cruz runs for president it'll make the 2012 GOP primaries look like profiles in courage.
American comedians are beginning to think there may be a God, after all.

Attached photo of the Tower of Pisa shocked me at what CSIRO
(Australia's version of our NASA) did with a special 3D Scanner setup.
The short video of the Moon is simply amazing. Buzz Aldrin recently said that he knew he was
on a sphere when he and Neil Armstrong walked on the Moon. He said that the lack of an atmosphere
on the Moon kept the dust down. With the Moon being so small in volume, he could look out at the
curvature of the Lunar horizon, and know he was standing on a sphere.

Legalization has hurt as much as helped. Many grow warehouses are toxic.
Many owners push for quantity at the expense of quality. The breeding being
done holds great promise. Black market from a friend is still where the best is found.
There are about ten "good" shops. Each shop is unique. It really is incredible how different
the shops are and how loyal the clients are to their shop. Two shops across the street from
each other might never share any customers. One could be an upscale place, looking like a
dentist / law office with an armed guard in the lobby, and across the street will be a little
hole-in-the-wall dive run by an art forger, ha ha Clients come in BMWs to the first place
and by bus to the other. There are places on federal land run by Mexicans that sell burritos.
A few hippy long hair places. Some Amsterdam transfers. Too many places run by hardhearted
businessmen. People find a place that they feel comfortable with and unless things get bad they stay loyal.
CAM has several good growers and often have a great selection. But like most places they
have had some problems. The best places can not produce enough of the best pot to keep
in on the selves. Be sure to ask about what is not on the shelves. There is almost always
something special that is not on display.

Sen. Lindsey Graham is facing the biggest challenge of his political career.
Willing to buck the public tide in South Carolina, Graham has backed military action against Syria,
an immigration overhaul that lets darkies stay and Obama's Supreme Court nominees.
His three Republican challengers are coming at him from the right, arguing that he's not Nazi enough.
They're also noting that the former ballerina has been in political office since 1993.
"This seat has been held for 59 years by two people," says one of his challengers, Nancy Mace,
referring to Graham and the even-more racist Strom Thurmond.
Graham is most vulnerable on his right flank.
Bring up his name at a tea party meeting, and voices start to rise and heads shake in disgust.
Several times in the past few years, a county Republican Party has passed a motion rebuking him,
including one this month that cites "29 issues Senator Graham voted with the Democrats."
Graham heard boos when he spoke at the state NaziCon earlier this year.

GOP hopefuls make Perry look smart
For Republicans eager to lead Texas after Gov. Rick Perry finally steps aside in 2014,
there's one easy way to describe their campaign blunders so far: Oops.
Attorney General Greg Abbott, the early favorite to replace Perry, thanked a supporter who
tweeted that likely Democratic challenger Wendy Davis was a "retard Barbie." Top Abbott
strategist Dave Carney, who ran Perry's failed White House bid in 2012, himself tweeted
the headline of an article that said Davis was "too stupid" to be governor.
Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst, facing a fierce GOP primary challenge for his seat, was trying to
show his conservative mettle at a debate this week when he said he doesn't put Democrats in
charge of "critical committees." Among his Senate panels helmed by Democrats: Veteran Affairs.
All are unforced errors by GOP front-runners that any political opponent would relish — especially
Texas Democrats, who need all the help they can get to lessen the long odds next year of the party
winning a statewide office for the first time in 20 years.
But as they wait for Davis' expected Oct. 3 announcement that she will run,
they're left without a candidate to pounce on their rivals' missteps.

You're based in Tulsa, correct? I'm an Okie myself and I certainly get sick to death of the Fox News-induced
stupidity being spewed out by people in this state. Every day I hear about the 'lazy liberals' getting government
handouts in the form of welfare checks. This notion that everyone who is on food stamps doesn't work (or all
democrats) is a lie, for one thing, while the biggest welfare states in the country are red states. These hypocrites
beat anything I've ever seen. The fact is, nobody but NOBODY is more entitled and receives more handouts
than the rich.
We spend FAR more on corporate welfare than on social welfare and there is far more abuse in the farm subsidy
program (a conservatard fan-favorite) than there is in the SNAP program. I've told others that I am absolutely NOT
obligated to subsidize corporations with my tax dollars, especially when they have obscene profits to begin with.
Taxes are meant to go to the government, not private entities. Republicans want corporate rule of the country in
place of the government and their little Teatard minions are helping that right along. If this ever happens, socialism
is going to be the least of our worries. Republicans always preach about small government when the fact is,
they only want small government when Democrats are running it. When they're in, that goes out the window.
Anyways, keep telling it like it is! I certainly hope the 2016 elections is an asskicking
for the record books and we get these pseudo-moral clowns out of there.
