of its decades-old exemption from federal antitrust

How so?

against certain branches of the conservative movement;
surely the clampdown is not far behind...
Our ongoing problem is the crazies control the
Republican party.
I think murder is almost always a bad idea, but
Malkin disagrees.

They might explain that they have improved the
processing of claims and managing of risk - happy euphemisms for the
notorious corporate practices of denying care
wherever possible - or they might insist that their huge salaries reflect
their challenging roles in a highly competitive
marketplace.
But these companies actually exercise near monopolistic
control of local insurance markets,
which allows them to drive up costs and reduce
access.
Our health care system is so broke, this shouldn't
even be a debate.
Funny how the Democrats can lose arguments that
are already won before they start talking.
It's like the Dems are AGAINST crap in our drinking
water, and the GOP is FOR crap in our water
and the GOP is able to convince the average moron
to say he wants MORE crap in his water.
How can we lose the debate every time when logic
and common sense are always on our side?

NFL didn't just tell Rush that hosting a national radio talk show
with political overtones was a conflict of interest

Blind umpires killing baseball

expanded instant replay would not be in the best
interest of the game. But then, a 20-minute stretch of action in the
middle innings Tuesday provided the reason the

ruled Swisher had left early. The run was taken

The television replay showed Swisher hadn't left
early.
"In my heart, I thought he left too soon," McClelland said. "But the replay showed that he didn't."

But what happened the next inning had the normally
staid fans at Angel Stadium chanting an obscenity.

the foot leaves the bag and the player starts
running - how is it possible to screw that up?
