Quotes

"It would appear that the great divide in both public opinion and between politicians is not
Republican-Democrat, liberal-conservative or even pro or anti-war. Rather, the great divide
is between those, such as me, who believe that the rise of radical Islam poses an existential
threat to Western Civilization; and those who believe it is a nuisance, if, episodically, a very
dangerous nuisance."
     --Tony Blankley, lying again,  Link

Hey Tony, if you guys take al Qaeda seriously, why did Der Monkey stay on vacation after
Harriet Miers read him the PDB that warned, "Bin Laden determined to strike in US soon?"

Second, if we're fighting for our survival, as you claim, why are we fighting it on the cheap?
Why did Bush insist that 120,000 soldiers would be plenty when the generals wanted 400,000 soldiers?

Third, if our survival depends on winning this war, why is that a great time to cut taxes on the super-rich?
Only a moron would try to tax-cut his way to a military victory.

Exaggerating al-Qaeda's Threat
 by Ivan Eland

 consortiumnews.com

 Excerpt:
Michael Chertoff, Bush's crony at Homeland Security, desperately tried to refute Zbigniew Brzezinski's
cogent charge that the administration has hyped the "war on terror" to promote a "culture of fear."

In addition to shamefully smearing Brzezinski by associating him with the fringe opinion that the administration
plotted the 9/11 terrorist acts, Chertoff also declared, "Al-Qaeda and its ilk have a world vision that is
comparable to that of historical totalitarian ideologues but adapted to the 21st-century global network."

This rhetoric makes it seem as if al-Qaeda is more dangerous than Adolf Hitler or Joseph Stalin.
When comparisons are made to these villainous titans, we should be suspicious.

Mystery of the Missing Meters
How Much Iraqi Crude Oil is Being Stolen?  April 30, 2007

 Link

 Excerpt:
Nobody really knows how much crude oil is being stolen by corrupt Iraqi officials because,
four years after the invasion, the oil meters haven't been fixed.

Heavily armed soldiers spend their days at the oil terminals scanning the horizon looking for
suicide bombers and stray fishing boats. Meanwhile, right under their noses, American smugglers
are diverting billions of dollars worth of crude onto tankers because the oil metering system that is
supposed to monitor the crude has not worked since the March 2003 U.S. invasion of Iraq.

This story gets repeated on the web ever few weeks, but the American whore media won't touch it.
It's the reason why we went to war with Iraq - but no BIG reporter has the balls to bring it up.

We have 3351 dead soldiers and unmetered wells is the reason, but shhhh - nobody can know.

This is why Bush won't leave Iraq - he's stealing 2-5 million barrels every day.

Doesn't
anybody
care?

Rice to House: Drop Dead

 thehill.com

 Excerpt:
Super Sleazy Condi Rice (R-Bush's Monica) made it clear Sunday that she does not plan to comply
with a subpoena that the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee authorized this week.
Panel Chairman Henry Waxman wants Rice to testify on the administration's false claim that Iraq was
seeking to acquire uranium from Niger. The congressman feels that Rice has not been responsive enough
to repeated written requests for information on the issue.

She can't answer questions under oath - so she can't testify.
Will the Democrats push the issue or cave in and drop the subject?

Quotes

"The Bush Administration is circling the drain
and taking the Republican Party with them."
      -- AboveTheClouds,   Link

That's very true, and one by one, the GOP rats will have to abandon ship.

If the Democrats knew how to play hardball, they would REFUSE to allow the GOP rats
to jump ship later - force them to jump ship right f-ing now.

If they jump ship in 2008, which they'll have to do to keep their power, the Dems COULD
accuse them of an election year conversion, thus playing politics with soldiers' lives.

Right now we have 3351 dead. When any elected republican rat jumps, say in February of 08,
we might have 4500 dead soldiers - and - because the rats played politics, another 1150 military
families are destroyed because the GOP doesn't care about military families.

It's so easy to build traps like that - but they just can't figure a way to do it.

All any candidate has to say is, "Bob, you know you'll have to split from Bush
sooner or later, so why not do it now and help us save those soldiers' lives?"

That puts the Fascist mook in a box!
Doesn't anyone understand what that phrase means?

No matter what the GOP rat does, the video of the taunt can be re-played 1,000 times.
The GOP rat has 3 choices:

He can switch now and save those lives.
He can switch later to save his job, and when he does you play the tape of
the Dem asking him to save those lives that were lost by his political foot-dragging.
He never switches, he loses his seat, Obama gets a super-majority in both houses.

It's so easy to build traps like that - but the Democrats can't figure a way to do it.
Democrats are so helpless - they need a brain with an IQ of 64 to help them.

But no, they don't want to win if the truth might embarrass their good friends, the GOP rats,
who will tell every outrageous lie in the book while the Democrats turn the other damn cheek.

How did I get in this party of can't-think quitters and losers?

Subject: stop supporting the troops

On the fourth anniversary of "Mission Accomplished," it's clear that Bush has the war so screwed up
that it's not winnable. We don't even know who the enemy is and every day we are there hurts America.
We elected the Democrats to get us out of Iraq, not to pass non-binding symbolic votes. It's time for Democrats
to pull the plug. Supporting the troops is supporting the war. Voting for funding is the same as reauthorizing the war.

Why should we keep sending soldiers to die for nothing?
It's time to pull the plug and get out now.

Quotes

The country would be safer by only "a small percentage" and would see "a very insignificant
increase in safety" if Bush made good on his vow to catch Osama because another terrorist
would rise to power. "It's not worth moving heaven and earth spending billions of dollars just
trying to catch one person..."
-- Mitt Romney, content to let Osama get away with it.  Link

If that's true, why does the right-wing mud machine keep insisting that
we would've had no 9-11 if Clinton had murdered Osama back in 1998?

They can't have it both ways unless the Democrats allow them to
lie repeatedly and openly as they've done in the past.

I hope we end up with a fighter in 2008.

Romney: I'm not the only flip-flopper
"McCain does it, Rudy does it, Bush does it..."

 Link

 Excerpt:
Romney defended his series of "shifts" on issues, arguing that his top rivals also have flip-flopped.
"Every Republican is this race is flip-flopping, why single me out?" he begged.

"McCain voted against the Bush tax cuts. Now he's for them. He was opposed to ethanol. Now he's for it.
He said he was opposed to overturning Roe v. Wade. Now he's for overturning it," Romney said, adding:
"that suggests that the slimy McCain worm has a spine of jello."

OK, maybe those weren't his exact words, but the GOP's top three are flip-flopping champions.
If the Democrats had any desire to win, (Why do I torture myself this way?) they'd point that out
in the general election - but - they have a history of failing to list Republican lies and it has cost us dearly.

     -- Victor Davis Hanson,  Link

That's because FDR wasn't a walking handjob with dollar signs making every decision.
Bush is so stupid he STILL says "9-11 proved to me that the oceans won't protect us."
He still says that, even tho Pearl Harbor was 66 years ago, the idiot.

...and why doesn't somebody tell that asshole to stop dancing and playing the bongos
like the ignorant little fuctard that he is while men and women are dying in his failed quagmire?

"I boogie to the left, then I boogie to the right!"

Will the DNC commercials show this video next election?
No, they don't have the brains of a Jon Stewart, a Keith Olbermann - or even a Bartcop.

"While soldiers were dying ast a rate of 3 per day, their Commander in Chief
was dancing like he didn't have a care in the world on the White House lawm.
It's time for a new party at the White House. Vote Democrat this November."

I'll bet the first person who answers $100 that the DNC will not pay for Bush dancing ads in 2008.

Pigboy's "Barack the Magic Negro"

Subject: on a few things

Hillary did not sound presidential.

Dude, so far - excellent e-mail.
You had a strong opinion about the Demo debate.
I like a man with a strong opinion.

Her best defense for her war vote was not, "I made a mistake like Edwards."
It was "I did not vote for the war."  What a crock of shit.

She's a lawyer and a good one. She chose her words carefully because,
as a certain vulgar Pigboy used to say, "Words mean things."

Tell me - did you forgive Kerry for the same vote?
Or did he get a pass in 2004 because he's a man?

That is like Bush's defense for "stay the course"
"We have never been stay the course."

Well, he lies a lot.

If we are stuck with her for a presidential candidate we could lose.

Sure, a pair of Queens has no guarantee to win a poker pot,
but it sure beats being stuck with a hand like 10-6.

Also Kucinich sounded pretty presidential.  He kicked ass in the debate.

Dennis screwed up by not reading Bart's Laws!
What's Bart's Law Number One?

People are stupid - they want to be lied to.
Dennis Kucinich is too honest to be president.
He doesn't have a chance - because he tells the truth.

Plus Friday, he implied to Bill Maher that he'd never send troops into battle.
The exchange got cut off, but Maher saw saying, "Oh please - get real - never?"

Stephanie Miller is pretty good.
I have listened to her and have found her pretty funny at times.
Although Randi Rhodes is ten times better, Stephanie has her moments.

Subject: 9-11 talk

Mr. Bart,  "legendary blogger Bart" - how sweet the sound !!  Good on ya

And thank you for starting to post links about the lie that is 9/11.
It's vitally important that Bartcoppers have the FACTS about this.
Prison Planet is a good source (as is MikeRivero@whatreallyhappened.com).
Hadn't seen the 9/11blimp site before - thanks for this new link.

"Kerry stated that he was not aware of the research" of Dr. Steven Jones.  This is beyond preposterous!!
9/11 was the pivotal event of this century and this senator doesn't know about Dr. Jones' research?

These congresscritters never seem to have a clue about the most important issues of our country, whereas
the general populace (or at least those who work the Inter-tubes) know exactly what Dr. Jones has found.

This is just like the mea culpas of 'if we knew then (2003) that there were no WMDs in Iraq'
although millions around the world who marched on 2/15/03 KNEW - and loudly shouted -
that there were no WMDs and that the FuriousGeorgeCabal was lying us into an illegal invasion.

I think "suspected" would be more accurate than "knew," since so few
of those millions of marchers have their own personal CIA to advise them.

We don't get paid one red hammering cent to know Facts and Truth.  But these congresscritters
are the supposed 'experts' on issues vital to the USA - although they all sound like Dunces of the First Water.

What the hell do we pay these ignorants for?
Or as Mr. Bart says, need I finish that statement?

ggggrrrrrrrrr!
 TQ

I agree that every member of congress should know more about this stuff than we do.
Hell, they never bothered to read the Patriot Act I or II.

Subject: Dow hits 13000

Hey Bart,

The disinfo-spin MSM is still hard at work.  When the Dow Jones hit 13000, we were told
this is evidence of "how good we're doing" and that foreign investment is pouring in.     BULL-SPIN!

The dollar is falling so hard so fast the NYSE is having a fire sale for everyone except Americans.
If your wealth is in British Pounds then the Dow just hit 6500. Add to this, the fact that banks are
off-loading mortgages to Chinese banks heavy with Wal-Mart dollars and you begin to see a worrisome trend.

After decades of fearmongering that "invaders" will attack, they may simply wait a little longer and foreclose,
without firing a shot. (Seems I've heard those words before.)

 Sam in Alabama

Clinton took the Dow from 3500 to 12,500.
Bush takes it to 13,000 (after six years) and they praise the Murder Monkey.

I remember Laura the Harpy saying,
"What good is a great economy, peace and prosperity of the President is having sex?"

 Molly Ivins nailed it.
Having a great economy means you get to keep your house and your car.  It means you can afford
braces and clothes for the kids. It means you can take a vacation and unwind from the nit-picking
troubles of your job. It means you can actually go to the doctor when you feel bad and insurance
will soften the blow. It even means that Dad doesn't hit Mom anymore, because he's not cracking up
from the stress of trying to making ends meet, but they never do.

Today, we have 3351 dead soldiers, we're losing a World War and the Treasury is empty
but that's OK because the president's not having sex, unless you count Jeff Gannon.

"Jeff, how soon can you get here?"

Atlanta cops shoot 92-year old Lady
 ...another marijuana related death

 Link

 Excerpt:
Two police officers pleaded guilty Thursday to manslaughter in the shooting death of a
92-year-old woman during a botched drug raid last fall. A third officer still faces charges.

The charges followed a Nov. 21 "no-knock" drug raid on the home of Kathryn Johnston, 92.
An informant had described buying drugs from a dealer there, police said. When the plainclothes
officers burst in without notice, Johnston fired at them, and they fired back, killing her.

When the cops found no drugs in Johnston's home, Officer Smith planted three bags
of marijuana in the home as part of a cover story.

So there you have it - more proof that pot kills.

David Broder is a gasbag
 by Paul Begala

 Link

 Excerpt:
Broder has been foaming at the mouth. He's been downright venomous lately. And what has put the
Benzedrine in Broder's Ovaltine? Not the fact that Bush continues to lie about "progress" in the war.
Or that Cheney continues to lie about pre-invasion links between al Qaeda and Iraq. Or that Bush has
neglected our wounded warriors, ignored the victims of Katrina, potentially obstructed justice by firing
US Attorneys who were pursuing GOP wrongdoing. Not even that Bush lied to the families of Pat Tillman
and Jessica Lynch, cynically using their blood to distract from their own incompetence and dishonesty.

No, none of this raises Dean Broder's hackles.

He reserves his vitriol for Harry Reid.

How much longer can Harry Reid hold onto his job?
Wouldn't anybody be better?

And that Denny Stoyer (whatever) who got the top job at the House - has he done anything?
It would be nice to have our top people at the important positions.

All the President's Press
 by Frank Rich

 Link

 Excerpt:
That state of denial was center stage at the correspondents' dinner last year, when Stephen Colbert
"fell flat," as the WaHoPo summed up the local consensus. To the astonishment of those in attendance,
the video of  Colbert's performance became a national sensation. (Last week it was still No. 2 among
audiobook downloads on iTunes.) Washington wisdom had it that Colbert bombed because he was rude
to the president. His real sin was to be rude to the capital press corps, whom he caricatured as stenographers.
Though most of the Washington audience failed to find the joke funny, Americans elsewhere, having paid a
heavy price for the press's failure to challenge White House propaganda about Iraq, laughed until it hurt.

Iraq pumped 3.5M barrels daily before Bush invaded
and then they got their 2003 Halliburton upgrade

Bush is stealing $220,000,000 every day.

No wonder they were so eager to start a war,

stealing  $220,000,000 every day.

It's the biggest theft in Earth's history.

Exxon made $10B profit in 90 days
$100M a day - all profit - because Bush started a fake war

Bush's "Bring 'em on" death taunt is up to...

3,337....3,351 American victims

3,351  families destroyed by Bush greed.

They got 14 since last issue

...and how much did BIG OIL make yesterday?
Exxon makes $108M - every day

Bush can live with that,
because Iraq's oil wells have no meters
and his front company is moving to Dubai.

Bloomberg News says Iraq is currently pumping 2M barrels a day. (Lies)
But even 2M barrels is $120M a day - where's that money going?

Bush has killed more Americans than Osama.

Computer Tyme Hosting is owned by Marc Perkel, who first put Bartcop on the Internet back in 1996 and keeps  Bartcop online today.

Marc hosts several other political sites including American Politics Journal, Political StrikesFaux News Channel, Seeds of Doubt and interesting sites like the
Church of Reality - a religion based on believing in everything that is real.

Our motto for this year is - "No Anti-Bush Site Left Behind". So - if you have an anti-bush site and you are  choking on hosting fees or dealing with threats - let us know and we'll help keep you online.

We also have that strongest server side spam filtering on the planet.
Check out Marx Mail for info on how you can have a Spam Free Email Account.
