CBS said they did a count done by experts that estimated Beck's mob crowd at 87,000.
Then I heard on cable it was 300,000.
Of course intern murderer Scarborough keep saying all morning there was 500,000.
The latter two gave no information on how they arrived at the estimates, anybody hear otherwise?

I didn't notice much coverage, either.
From what I've seen of the crowd (and this was on Beck's own show yesterday evening),
it was overwhelmingly a white crowd. The FOX cameramen searched long and hard to find
the images of a few black people here and there. There are more black people at either of
the churches I attend over a weekend.
Beck is way out of line, to claim MLK's mantle. If Dr. King hadn't been brutally murdered
by a racist redneck and was still among us, he would not have been at Beck's rally last weekend.
He wouldn't have been at Al Sharpton's rally, either. Dr. King would have been in New Orleans,
to commemorate the anniversary of Katrina and to support the rebuilding of the city that continues today.
I invite Glenn to come to Detroit, stand in the middle of Hart Plaza during the Detroit Jazz festival
this weekend, and tell the crowd how his beliefs are the same as those of Martin Luther King, Jr.
That could be fun.

Why is our president so dumb and blind, politically?

wants to hear a speech about Bush's bloody wars.
People don't care about the wars right now - they want f-ing JOBS!

2008?
Why is he bungling pretty much everything?
Why can't he focus on the issues the nation is focused on?
He desperately needs a new staff and he
needs them 15 months ago.
Subject: Inflaming hatred is wrong
I'm getting really tired of people inflaming hatred for profit or political gain. Christians want to hate
the Muslims. Muslims want to hate the Christians. Atheists want to hate people who believe in God.
Believers want to hate those who don't believe in God. And in the background there are those who
are out to make a buck or grab power while using hatred as a distraction.
The truth is that we are one planet and one people and what we should be focused on is how we are
going to all get along so that humanity can progress so we can all get from where we are to where we
want to be. So I'm not going to be caught up in the "my God is tougher than your God" fight while
those who inflame the hatred pick my pockets. If humanity is going to dig ourselves out of the hole
we are in then it's to we step it up a notch and rise above the petty crap.
It's time to take responsibility for our existence, own our mistakes, and figure out a way to move
forward and fight over who gets the credit for making the right choices rather than who gets the
blame for screwing things up.
